BrewBuilt™ IceMaster Max 2 Glycol Chiller | 2 Built-In Temperature Controllers & Pumps
Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 2 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels or barrels. It can be used with any vessel/fermenter/tank/barrel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling snake/coil/rod. This chiller features 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers, allowing you to control the temperature of 2 separate fermentation or storage vessels at once. Each digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. Compatibility The Max 2 can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following: Speidel - Speidel tanks with optional cooling jackets. Barrels - If you use our barrel snake. This can be particularly attractive for a white wine ferment in a barrel. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, how the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold stabilizing always requires the most energy and requires well insulated tanks. We are currently experimenting with capacities but can provide this rough guide to get you started. 1 - 40 Gallon Tank or Barrel 2 - 10-20 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing per vessel. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. The unit comes with JoinTech Male Quick Disconnects installed as the inlet/outlet bulkheads, and also includes Female QDs with barbs to connect your tubing to the bulkheads. QDs to connect tubing to your cooling system are not included as the connection type depends on your setup. Length 1: 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 2 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controller reads in °F / °C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT bulkheads with Male QD JoinTech Dry Break Quick Disconnects (4) Female QD JoinTech Dry Break Quick Disconnect w/ 1/2" Barb included Tank Capacity: 17 L / 4.5 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 500 Watt/1700btu Refrigerant: R600a Voltage: 110V Dimensions: 19" x 12" x 17.5" Wheels not included Note: The sight glass attaches to the front of the unit by threading the elbow fitting to the bottom threaded drain port, and attaching the other end to the upper mount. Note that the top of the sight glass is open to allow overflow to drain out if the reservoir is overfilled. Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

Uptake & Discharge Tubing Material: Polyethylene, 4.92' / 1.5 m. Black Pump Squeeze Tube Material: Norprene. Use and Care pH meters usually start performing poorly because of problems with the probe. The two parts of the pH probe that cause problems are the glass sensing bulb and the reference junction. Sensing bulb The glass bulb loses sensitivity with use and will eventually fail. This is true of all pH probes. Reference junction The reference junction is a small hole that allows the meter to compare the sample to a reference. The reading is generated based on the electrical difference between the sample and reference. If the junction hole gets clogged, the pH probe will no longer function. You can extend the life of your pH electrode in the following ways. Storage The pH probe needs to be kept hydrated. Long periods of dry storage will damage the sensitivity of the probe. Allowing the probe to dry out may also result in the junction hole getting clogged. Store the pH probe in storage solution MA9015. Only use tap water short-term if MA9015 is not immediately available and NEVER store in distilled Water (DI) or Reverse Osmosis (RO) water. This will damage the sensitivity of the probe. This best way to store the probe is with the probe's cap filled with MA9015 Storage Solution and the cap tightened to prevent leakage. It is also recommended that to store the electrode upright to further reduce the potential for leakage. Cleaning Residue from the sample can impact the sensitivity of the sensing bulb and block the junction. This is especially true if the sample has a lot of organic material. We recommend regularly soaking the probe in MA9016 Cleaning Solution for about 20 minutes. Calibration The pH sensing bulbs become less sensitive over time so make sure that you are calibrating reguarly to keep your PRO pH controller accurate. Also, calibrate after cleaning or a long period of storage.

Tri-Clamp 90 Elbow (2")
304-type polished stainless. A set of "elbows" is great for connecting hoses to a pump so they run parallel to each other. With 2" and 3" hose, this dramatically reduces the space needed to allow the pump to pass. In addition, having the lines run parallel makes the pump more agile when moving around the winery when connected.

Grainfather Conical - Cooling Pump Kit
PLEASE NOTE: The supplier of this product has temporarily halted shipments to addresses within the state of California. If you are a CA resident, please note your order will not be fulfilled and will ultimately be canceled. We hope to have this issue resolved with the supplier as soon as possible. Temperature control is one of the most crucial elements for producing a good quality beer. It needs to be regulated and stable throughout the whole fermentation process to ensure the yeast doesn't get stressed and ferments correctly to get the right flavor profile. To be able to cool with the Grainfather Conical Fermenter, you need to have the Conical Fermenter Temperature Controller. If your target temperature is below the temperature of the wort in your fermenter, the Cooling Pump Kit will pump ice cold water through the double walled insulated interior to cool down your wort. Simply connect the couplers and insulated hoses to the Conical Fermenter, submerge the submersible pump into a cooler box with water (add ice for your required temperature) and pump the liquid through the insulated cooling sleeve of the Conical Fermenter body. Conical Fermenter Cooling Pump (submersible) T-section power connector 2 x brass couplers (with self-sealing hose connections) Rated 12 VDC – 4.8 Watts

EnoItalia Jolly 25 Destemmer | Built-In Must Pump | Stainless Steel | 2 HP | 220V Single Phase
All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump. Why No Crushing Rollers? Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters. Why this machine is so popular in Italy Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries. More on the Built-in Must Pump The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process. A Great Value! We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine. Summary of Features: 1) Stainless Body, Bin, Agitator, and Screw Feed 2) Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning (Destemming basket holes are 1.0225" wide) 3) A Screw Feed for continual, faster, hands-free operation 4) Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 5) Output of 4000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour 6) Paddle wheel style Must pump built in with 3" TC Outlet 7) A powerful Single Phase 220V 2 HP motor (12.1 amp draw) with starting capacitor 8) High-quality units made by Enoitalia of Italy 9) Replacement parts are available 10) Two casters allow for easy wheel-barrow type movement 11) Emergency stop button 12) Length 46.5" (118 cm), Width 27" (68 cm), Height 35.4" (90 cm), weight 207 lb (94 kg) 13) Unit comes with bare cord wire. Stainless Steel Pump Head for 25 Watt MKII Pump
Upgrade your MKII pump with a 304 stainless steel replacement head. Stainless steel is more durable if you are attaching ball valves. Very occasionally the threads on the plastic head that comes standard on the MKII can break if you are using hard to close ball valves that apply a lot of torque. Stainless steel is very robust and will not break, is food grade, and well... stainless. Before you snag the stainless center-inlet head, also consider the stainless inline tri-clamp head. Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel pump head that quickly & easily installs via 3" tri-clamp T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred 1.5" tri-clamp fittings Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel inline pump head! The TC Breakdown Brewing Pump Head provides several advantages over the standard MKII pump head, first and foremost being it's made of stainless steel instead of plastic. This allows for much easier installment of fittings without the risk of breaking off the plastic inlet or outlet. It will also convert the pump head from "Center Inlet" to "Inline" flow path which can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. But what some MKII users might find most exciting about this upgrade kit is that it converts the pump head connection to 3" tri-clamp! Not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use has never been easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. This upgrade kit is only compatible with the 25-Watt MKII pump (PMP50). It will not fit the larger 65-Watt MKII or the Blichmann Engineering RipTide pump. If you don't already own the 25-Watt MKII, you can purchase it with the T.C. pump head already installed here. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1.5" tri-clamp ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, or any 1.5" tri-clamp fittings you prefer. KegLand Part Number: KL36924
