EnoItalia Wine Tank Mixer | Injection Pump | Variable Speed | Stainless Steel Mixing Rod & Cart | 1 HP | 1400 RPM | 220V Single Phase | Injection Pump - Return
Gently mix yeast, sulphite, and additives into your wine with this variable speed mixer. The stainless cart allows you to move the mixer up and down to the height of your tank fitting. Also adjust the angle of the mixer to accomodate inclined, reinforced mixing ports, like on our Speidel Stainless tanks. The included pump is a very unique feature that allows you to pump a slurry out of a bucket, into the mixer and into the tank. This saves time by not having to open the top hatch, reduces possible oxidation, and ensures a better mix. How to Use Mixing ports enter through full port 2" TC ball valves to allow for an easily installation and disassembly. Position and attach the mixer to your 2" TC ball valve. Open the valve and slide in the adjustable mixing shaft, lock the shaft in position, and turn on. Adjust the speed to accomodate your desired level of agitation. To remove unlock shaft, slide out, turn off TC ball valve, and then disconnect mixer from TC ball valve. For Use in Beer: Wine tank mixers are perfect for mixing hops during dry hopping operations. Their use decreases the time needed to extract hop oils and lowers the amount of hops needed to get the same dry hopping level. This requires a horizontal port with a full port ball vale on the tank. Features: All parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 304. 0.75 kw power, speed 0-1400 RPM Euro 20 pump included Single phase power supply Rod length 650 mm Width 155 mm propeller Stainless cart

Vinmetrica SC-300 SO2, pH & TA Analyzer Pro Kit
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this item to you when we receive more in mid October. The SC-300 Pro Kit has everything the normal SC-300 has plus these accessories: The Lab Support Stand Vinmetrica Electrode Holder The Double Burette Clamp Magnetic Stirrer Rinse Bottle A Small Tube of Burette Detergent 25 mL Glass Burette. The Ultimate Winemaker’s Companion shipped free from MoreWine! One lean, mean wine analyzing machine. The SC-300 combines the SO2 detection of the SC-100A and the pH/TA analysis of the SC-200 into one power-packed instrument. It’s built on the same hardware and software as our other two analyzers, so the accuracy is superb. And it’s just as easy to use – The audible buzzer and visual stop light will automatically let you know when you’re tests are done! Because it does not rely on a color change, the SC-300 eliminates the guesswork in Ripper sulfite tests, especially in red wines! Why Choose Vinmetrica’s SC-300? Where else will you find a single, compact instrument that can measure sulfite (SO2), pH and TA (Titratable Acidity) levels throughout the fermentation and aging process? Even in Red Wines! It’s Accurate: SO2: ± 2 ppm Free SO2. TA: ± 0.2 g/L Tartaric acid pH: better than ± 0.02 pH units Quick! – Less than 2 minutes per test! Affordable – About a $1 per test!* Easy to Use – No mystery solutions, pumps or tubing. *SO2 (Sulfite) Tests cost approximately 70¢ / Test (the cost of the reagents per test). If you do a combined pH and TA analysis, the cost of reagents for the pH/TA test is approximately $1.12 / Test. Complete Wine Testing Kit – Includes Everything Needed to Analyze Sulfite (SO2), pH and TA (Titratable Acidity) levels in Your Wines & Musts: SO2 reagents pH/TA reagents Two titration beakers Two 5 mL syringes Two transfer pipettes SO2 electrode pH electrode 25 mL sampling pipette (for SO2) 5 mL sampling pipette (for pH/TA) The SC-300 Operating Manual The SC-300 analyzer gives accurate SO2, pH and TA values. Kit includes everything to perform about 50 sulfite tests and 30 TA tests: both electrodes, all reagents, pipettes, syringe and beaker. A Quick Overview – Wine Analysis Procedures with the SC-300: Easy SO2 Test Attach SO2 electrode, press the power button, change to SO2 mode and press enter. Draw up 5 mL of titrant into the syringe and place 25 mL of wine in beaker. Add ~2 mL of the acidifier and ~2 mL of the reactant to wine. Place and hold the SO2 electrode in the wine sample and swirl beaker. Add titrant from syringe dropwise until 15 second long endpoint signal reached. Multiply the titration volume by 20, the SO2 conversion factor, results in ppm Free SO2. Simple pH Test Attach the pH electrode, set aside storage solution, rinse with DI water and blot gently with a paper towel. Press the power button then press the ‘Mode’ button and switch the SC-200 into ‘Cal’ mode. Calibrate using the pH 4 and pH 7 reference standards provided. Put the SC-200 in pH mode. Take 5 mL sample of wine, place in a beaker. Take a pH reading. Accurate TA Test For TA test, withdraw 5 mL of the TA Titrant with the syringe. Take 5 mL wine sample and add ~15 mL of deionized water. Put SC-200 into TA mode, place clean pH electrode gently in solution. Add TA Titrant from the syringe dropwise until the endpoint is reached indicated with the visual and audible signals. Record the volume (in mL) of titrant used. Multiply the titrantion volume by 2, the TA conversion factor, results in g/L Tartaric Acid. Vinmetrica Troubleshooting Guide

Speidel Variable Volume Tank | Laser-Welded | Stainless Steel | 220L
Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, wine aging, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Proprietary rubber lid gasket allows for a superior seal compared to traditional gaskets, providing better protection for your wine Made from 304 stainless steel with ultra-high-quality laser welds 2R rated interior finish resists residue build-up and is easy to clean Air pump with pressure gauge, airlock, and ball valve included Made in Germany by Speidel We are proud to offer our small Variable Volume Tanks from Speidel - a German manufacturer of premium quality stainless steel tanks for the wine industry. The tank body is fabricated from 304-type stainless steel, while the floating lid is made from 316-type stainless and has an inflatable bladder that pumps up to seal the wine off at any volume level. They can be used for primary fermentation as well as aging. Built in Germany by Speidel, the world-class traditions of German engineering and craftsmanship are reflected in these tanks. And, after examining tanks built by every major manufacturer worldwide, we can safely say that when it comes to features, quality and price, these tanks represent the very best value available in stainless steel wine storage. These tanks arrive to you complete and ready to go out of the box after a little assembly. The tanks are fitted with 1/2 inch threaded ports to accomodate the included 1/2 inch stainless steel ball valve and 1/2 inch stainless plug. The plugged port is intended for use with an optional thermometer (MT514). Also compatible with shielded thermowell for digital temperature controller probes (FE62). Speidel Quality Features: Rubber Lid Gaskets: Rubber gaskets are much thicker than the traditional clear vinyl gaskets, which along with their extruded manufacturing process provide a much better seal with the tanks wall. They're seamless and more oxygen resistant than the clear gaskets. That means better protection for your wines! Weld Quality - Speidel's robotic-arm laser welders create flawless stainless to stainless junctions that look and feel more like a taped fabric seam than a traditional weld. Ultra high-quality welds leave no chance for residual product to harbor spoilage organisms. Interior Finish - Speidel tanks feature an ultra-smooth 2R rated interior surface which effectively resists the build-up of tartarate residues. Clean your tanks with cold water after cold stabilization! Say goodbye to harsh cleaning chemicals and expensive CIP systems! Warranty - Speidel-Behaelter, GmbH backs up each and every tank with an industry-leading 25 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. And, as a 5th generation manufacturer, you can be confident they'll be around to honor that warranty should the need arise. Tank Dimensions - 550mm D x 999mm H (21.6" D x 39.3" H) Note: Over tightening the airlock / orange bulk head can cause it to crack. Only thread the airlock down until it feels snug. Do not over tighten.

Marchisio Variable Volume Tank | Flat Bottom | Stainless Steel | Marbled Finish | 100L
Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, short-term wine storage, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Tank & lid are made from 304 stainless steel with a food-grade, clear plastic gasket for the lid Air pump with pressure gauge, dry airlock, and spigot are included Made in Italy by Marchisio Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha. Considerations for Winemaking When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage. Marchisio We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes 1/2" chrome plated spigot. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Spigot 100L Specifications: Nominal volume: 100 Liters (26.4 gallons) Effective volume: 93 Liters (24.6 gallons) Diameter: 50 cm (20 inches) Height: 60 cm (24 inches) Valve size: 1/2" BSP Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. BrewBuilt® CIP Spray Ball | 1.5" T.C.
BrewBuilt CIP Spray Ball for use with X-Series Uni Conicals or any stainless steel fermenter with 1.5" tri-clamp fittings. The head emits a 360° fan spray that cleans above and below the spinning ball. The sharp spray easily removes soil inside your tank. The long neck design allows the spray ball to reach through tall fittings and ferrules. With a welded 90° elbow inlet, you won't have any trouble with kinked hosing slowing your pump flow and lowering the spray ball's performance. A pump capable of 30-45 psi and 11 GPM is recommended for this product to provide a high pressure cleaning radius of 3.6 ft. When used with BrewBuilt conicals, 7 GPM is enough to coat the full interior of the fermenter, but longer CIP runs might be required to fully breakdown stubborn solid deposits.

BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | Includes Wort Chiller | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 65L | 17.1G | 220V - USED
Condition: Used - Good This unit is used. It shows wear from use but is in good condition and works perfectly. It may have cosmetic defects or show other signs of previous use. It is still covered by our No Hassle Return Policy and 1 Year Warranty Policy. The Gen 4 BrewZilla represents one of the greatest upgrades in technology and features that we've ever seen in a new generation of BrewZilla all-in-one brewing system. WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 41.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 20% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G70. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery’s grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find. Features: Gen 4.1 Stainless steel construction 17.1 gallon total capacity with a finished beer output of 10-12 gallons WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT digital temperature controller Automatic step mashing with 6 programmable stages 220-240V power NEMA 6-30P plug Requires NEMA 6-30R receptacle Requires 16 amps from 30 amp circuit Triple heating elements (2000, 1000 and 500 watts) Stainless steel 1/2" ball valve for gravity draining or transferring via pump Immersion wort chiller included Stainless steel malt pipe/basket Stamped in volume markers Glass lid Adjustable lid clamps (do not use with glass lid in place - see below) Magnetic drive pump for recirculation, transfers, and cleaning Recirculation arm PPSU sight glass Bottom handle for easy lifting and pouring Rubber feet Temperature reads in °F or °C Approximately 36" H (with recirculation arm) x 16" D Recommended max. grain bill: 41.5 lbs AlcoEngine Still ready with the purchase of a Distillation Lid Pump Specs: Max Flow: 5 gal/min Max Head: 11 ft. To connect included Chiller: (20') of D1710 1/2" ID beverage tubing (or whatever length required, (3) H950 hose clamps and (1) brass hose by thread adaptor (H508). These items come in the Wort Chiller Connection Kit, add the kit to your cart and use code ZILLAKIT at checkout. KegLand Part Number: KL27458 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories.

Professional level crush pad featuring the Jolly 100 Crusher Destemmer, Gamma 180 Elliptical Rotor Pump, and Receiving/Sorting/Loading Table Adjustable speed sorting table can accept a macro bin when used with a forklift and bin tipper Jolly 100 with 3 independent variable speed motors offers the highest level of control when processing your grapes Gamma 180 pump gently moves crushed or whole grapes All pieces come with rolling casters for easy mobility Made in Italy by EnoItalia Enoitalia's top of the line complete Crush Pad including the Jolly 100 Crusher Destemmer, a Gamma 180 Elliptical Rotor Pump, and a Sorting and Loading Belt. This system is designed to work together as a complete system with all components able to work within similar and complimentary processing speeds. Enoitalia Receiving/Sorting/Loading Table A very flexible, adjustable speed loading and sorting table that offers multiple benefits. First the large bin is sized to accept a macro bin when used with a forklift and bin tipper. Then the unit uses a sealed food grade plastic belt to consistently and gently move grapes into your Destemmer/Crusher at an adjustable speed you set. This allows you to feed the Destemmer at the optimum rate without overloading it. The flat strectch of the belt allows for a person on each side to sort out leaves, bad bunches, etc.. Adjustable legs allows you to adjust the sorting table to the height of your Destemmer. Designed to feed grapes into the Jolly10. Features: Variable speed via Frequency Drive 1 phase 220 V Stainless Steel Frame 1.5 kW moter 23.6 in Wide (60 cm) 181.1 in Total Length (460 cm) 141.7 in Sorting Length (360 cm) Jolly10 Destemmer & Crusher EnoItalia's top of the line Centrifugal Destemmer Crusher gives you the highest level of control when processing your grapes. It comes with three independent motors allowing you to dial in the perfect speed for your grapes. The loading hopper features mechanically varied motor that allows you to adjust the speed the grapes are being fed into the destemming chamber. The destemming basket and shaft are controlled by frequency drive which allows for the use of potentiometer to electrically control the speed. The rubber rollers are driven by an independant set speed motor and can be adjusted to change the gap, or even removed, if you desire destemmed whole grapes. Independant control of each process allows you to find the balance between speed and quality and helps the machine from being overloaded at any one of the stages. The stainless steel destemming basket is made with a gentle anti-tear design and is driven by rubber tip paddles to ensure a gentle touch on your grapes. The basket has a diameter of 15.75 in (40 cm) and a length 49.2 in (125 cm) and features 24/25mm holes which is the perfect size for a variety of fruit. Baskets with smaller or larger holes are not stocked but are available for special purchase. Enoitalia has tested other basket styles on the market, namely using a plastic basket instead of a stainless basket. Because of they way they punch and finish the holes in the stainless basket they have found there was no difference and the stainless steel lasts much longer. They have also made and tested baskets with variable size holes where the holes begin larger and end smaller with the idea that less jacks will pass. They can make this basket but they actually think it does not work as well. The receiving hopper features drainage holes with allows oxidized juice from the bottom your picking bins to drain. The machine has telescoping adjustable legs that allows the height of the machine to adjust from 60 in/135 cm up to 76 in/193 cm. Cleaning is easy for a machine this size. It features an integrated washing system (connect a garden hose) to help cut down on cleaning time. The top panels, over the destemming chamber, also open up on both sides to allow you to additionally clean with a spray gun. The cleaning system and the easy access are really handy for use between grape varietals, after a break, and at the end of the day when the basket and destemming bar are typically removed for a thorough cleaning. To remove the destemming basket and the bar the whole end of the machine (end with power controls) easily folds up via shocks allowing the destemming shaft and basket to be pulled out without the use of tools. It can be done with one person, however it is much easier with two because of the weight of the basket and bar. Features: Rated for a production between 7-13 Tons per hour Runs on 3 phase 220 V power Loading hopper with gear speed variator kw 0.37 Destemming basket with electronic speed control 2.2/3kw for the shaft and basket Motorized rollers kw 1.5 Destemmer shaft with adjustable rubber tips Stainless steel basket with professional type anti-tear sytem Extraction of the liquid from the hopper with pump fitting connection Rubber screw system n°2 lifting eyes Telescopic legs Integrated washing system Heavy duty bearings with 13 grease fittings for long life Weight: 530 lbs Gamma 180 Elliptical Rotor Pump: Designed to move crushed or whole grapes from the Jolly10 the Gamma 180 is a gentle beast. Made from Stainless steel this elliptical rotor pump is equipped with a large loading hopper and 4" outlet. it is suitable for pumping whole grapes, destemmed, and even fermented grapes during or after fermentation. Grapes are transferred by pressure and not by centrifugal force, avoiding the crushing of the peels and the grapes seeds. The stainless steel trolley with anti-vibration system makes it easy to move and install the machine. As standard it is equipped with an outlet open cone, inclined hopper, and removable control panel. In cases where a prevalence and /or high discharge distance is required, it is advisable to install a compression vessel. As standard, the pumps are supplied with a 4" TC connection fitting, complete with stainless steel hose connection. We don't sell 4" tubing, we recommend you purchase directly from a food grade tubing distributor for the best options and pricing. Features: 4 kw engine 3 phase, 220 V, 60 Hz 12000-15000 kg/hr production Shaft speed: 47/58 rpm 100 DIN connection fitting 5 m discharge height 30 m discharge distance Please Note: This unit REQUIRES 220V Three Phase power and will not function on anything else. BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | Includes Wort Chiller | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 35L | 9.25G | 220V
Elevate your brewing game with the 220V Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Make larger batches or higher gravity beers! BrewZilla offers the largest malt pipe capacity for units in its size range, and the Gen 4 unit has a 30% larger malt pipe compared to the previous generation Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! KegLand Part Number: KL27434 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use. 35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

XpressFill XF260 | Volume Filler | 2 Spout
Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF260 volume-based filling system Wine is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically with an accuracy within +/- 1.5mL Optional gas flush system Made to order in the United States Help eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using XpressFill volume-based filling system! Gravity-based systems usually involve wine being transferred to a holding tank, and unless your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. XpresFill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles. To use, place two bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at addtional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the wine from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of wine to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. Realistically with bottle movement (and talking and drinking!) expect to fill about 200 bottles per hour with the 2 spout and 400 bottles per hour with the 4 spout. There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles (connect tubing and fill magnums for example.) You my have seen this system for sale before as the Vigneron. XpressFill purchased Vigneron and redesigned the unit to be driven by a digital controller. The result is a unit that works much better. MoreWine! has tested the unit and we are happy with the performance. The XpressFill is a a volume based system that fills each bottle with a set volume of wine (usually 750ml per bottle.) The fill is accurate to within +/- 1.5ml. However, bottles themselves can vary in volume by a couple percent and when you are filling by volume this can result in different fill heights, especially if you fill into the bottle neck, where differences are exaggerated by the small diameter of the neck. Fill heights will therefore vary from bottle to bottle but differences are usually 1/2" or less. The two spout filler features a 3/8" inlet. Further protect your wine from oxidation when using an Xpress Fill by adding the Gas Flush option to your filler. Push the gas flush button for as long as you like prior to each fill cycle. Inert gas will be forced into the bottle displacing most air, greatly reducing oxidation during the bottling process. You will need to supply an Argon or Nitrogen tank, regulator, and section of 1/4 in. tubing to connect an inert gas source to the machine.
