GOfermentor NET Controller
The GOfermentor consists of three components, the GObase, the GOfermentorNET controller, and the single-use GOliner. The GObase is a reusable, rigid outer container, which holds the GOliner. Since the wine does not contact the GObase, it can be reused with a simple wipe down. It folds for compact storage. A panel with electrical components attaches to the GObase for control of punch-down, temperature, press, and other functions. GOfermentor controller. Each fermentor requires a NET controller. Can be controlled using built-in local panel or cloud-based smartphone app (Android or iOS). NET controller handles scheduled punches, temperature control (add GOtemp and GOcooler), and press operations. Includes: Controller with local control panel and internal blower Inflation hose with all fittings Vent pressure relief valve with 2” Tri-clamp Vent stand 2" Triclamp clamp, cap, and gasket Outlet valve adaptor Temperature probe and dip tube GOsampler (hand-operated pump, collects up to 300ml) Controller has built-in WiFi and internet connectivity Can be monitored and operated by cloud smartphone app Manual and scheduled punch Built-in press Multiple NET controllers can be controlled by app One NET controller required per fermentor 110VAC 5A household power Requires GObase and GOliners not included Advanced Winemaking The GOfermentor brings advanced technology to winemaking, providing greater control of fermentation parameters, resulting in better quality wine, everytime. Automated punch. Built-in press. No cleaning. No waste water. No installation. The GOfermentor is a patented automated wine making device that ferments in single-use liners. This system not only eliminates punchdown labor, but also pressed the wine out with a click of a button. Water usage is vastly reduced (by 90% on average). No washing, no steaming, no detergents. Minimal waste water generation helps the environment. Automatic Punch Instead of the traditional "punch down", the GOfermentor performs a "punch-up"! This unique concept is only made possible by the use of flexible bag technology, and is the secret to the GOfermentor's superior extraction of color and flavor. The advanced instrumentation logs data, events and alarms. A Smart-phone app allows remote monitoring and control over the Internet from anywhere in the world. Optional sampling tube allows samples to be withdrawn at any time. The sampling tube includes a temperature sensor. How the Press Works Remove temperature probe, insert perforated stainless pressing tube. Remove vent valve and cap. Connect pressing tube via a crush-proof hose to a pump. Pump must be self-priming and have at least 2" discharge ports. Start the pump. The head-space will vacuum out. Then the clear free-run wine will flow out from the GOliner to the collection container. Any skins, seeds, and stems will remain in the liner. Once free-run stops, activate the Press function to inflate, squeezing the pomace dry. Then disconnect, and discard the GOliner containing waste pomace. Temperature Control The GOcooler optional stainless steel heat exchanger plate can be placed under the GOliner and connected to chilled water or glycol. The heat exchanger has a control valve that automatically maintains the desired temperature during the fermentation. It can also be used to heat. You Will Need: Floor space of 48" x 48" and doorway width of 46" Pallet jack or fork-lift to move 225 lb GObase unit Standard household-type electric service 110 VAC 10amp Must pump (self-priming 2" tri-clamp discharge) to fill and empty

XpressFill XF260HP | Volume Filler | High Proof Spirits | 2 Spout
Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF260HP volume-based filling system Made specifically for high proof spirits—featuring components with better resistance to high concentrations of ethanol Liquid is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically Optional gas flush system Made to order in the United States Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using the XpressFill volume-based filling system! The XF260HP two bottle filler is now available specifically for High Proof Spirits. Susceptible components have been replaced with material more resistant to higher concentrations of ethanol. The XF260HP can easily accommodate very small to very large bottles with its adjustable shelf, allowing great flexibility. Easy to use, compact in design, precise volume filling, high quality components, hand-crafted in the USA. Gravity-based systems usually involve spirits being transferred to a holding tank, and unless your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. Xpress Fill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles. To use, place two bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at additional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the spirit from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of spirit to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. When using 750ml bottles you can expect to fill about 250 bottles per hour. There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles. The two spout filler features a 3/8" inlet. Features: Made to order in the USA 2 Spout fills approximately 250 bottles per hour Bottle shelf is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of bottles Optional Gas Flush System & Filler to automatically gas-purge bottles prior to filling Weight: 23 lbs Dimensions: 11.25" W x 17" H x 15.5" D Warning: XpressFill bottle fillers are NOT certified as explosion proof, should be used in a well-ventilated area, and not for use with solvents. EnoItalia Bag In Box Filler | BB50 | Fully Automatic Filling & Conveyor System | 380V Three Phase
Fully automatic operation: BB50 pulls in bag film, fills, cuts bag, and feeds down conveyor belt for packaging Bag valve is automatically removed and reinstalled during the vacuum filling process In addition to wine, it can be configured for olive oil, creams, sauces, soaps, and other industrial liquids Automatic motorized conveyor at end point where bags are dropped through the hopper into boxes Touchscreen control panel installed in stainless steel enclosure on rolling casters The BB50 is a fully automatic bag-in-box filler manufactured by EnoItalia in Italy. The most advanced model of EnoItalia’s bag-in-box fillers, the BB50 automatically feeds bags into its vacuum filling system, cuts and separates the bags, and feeds them down a conveyor for box packaging. The system consists of three modules – the filling machine itself, a stainless steel enclosed control panel, and a motorized roller conveyor where boxes receive the filled bags. The possibility to choose between different types of flow sensors allows the BB30 to be used with liquids of different viscosities, including wine, fruit juices, olive oil and more. Filling can be carried out at room temperature or hot up to 212°F / 100°C. In the case of hot filling, specific accessories are available depending on your set up. A self-priming volumetric pump with rubber impeller is installed as standard. This pump offers a high flow rate, the possibility to prime/draw from any container, an anti-pressure by-pass valve and a total drain valve for emptying the filling circuit. If you will install a filter station before the filler, it is recommended to install a buffer tank in between the filter and the filler. Two options are available: the Atmospheric Tank and the Isobaric Tank. The Atmospheric Tank is a simple solution, 200L in size with internal level sensor and external control for a pump. The Isobaric Tank is a more professional 100L automatic buffer tank that uses nitrogen to push liquid into the filler. With this configuration, the BB50 will not include the pump, and the control panel will have an automatic program to set the pressure used during filling or washing. Precision: The Autotuning function allows automatic calibration of the machinery, eliminating the need to carry out countless samples. Repeatability of volumes with an error of ± 0.2%. Control Panel: The Siemens PLC control panel allows you to manage all the filling phases, adapting the machine to any type of liquid treated (wine, fruit juices, oil, water, creams, etc.). From the touch screen control panel, you can program and manage the filling cycle, adjust working speed, calibrate dosages, and execute washing and sanitizing operations. Cleaning: The machine can be sanitized with a CIP circuit using the special stainless steel tap and the automatic program. Furthermore, the BB50 is designed to perform 230°F / 110°C steam sanitization. Aeration Partial System
Aerating your wort leads to faster, healthier fermentation, and that means better beer! Stop lifting and shaking carboys to try to introduce oxygen for your yeast--smart brewers use the right tool for the job. Our Aeration Partial System comes with an inline filter, stainless steel diffusion stone, and tubing (the tubing that attaches to your pump is 1/8" ID). This kit does not include the air pump. Most aquarium style air pumps will work; we recommend a deep water pump. About the inline filters: There are two sides to the filter - an "in" and an "out". The direction you use doesn't matter, however, you want to take note of which way you first push air through it and always keep it that way. There is an arrow on the edge of the filter housing that we use to keep the airflow going one direction when using it. The filter should never get wet, so don't try and sanitize it by dunking it in sanitizer. If you want to clean the outside of it, use Alpet D2. To store the filter, use a little tinfoil on the ""In"" of the filter and store in a zip-lock bag. Can last up to 1 year. Discard if there are any signs of discoloration. The stone is attached to semirigid polyethylene tubing temp rated from -40°F to 140°F. STORE DRY AT ALL TIMES. DO NOT SANITIZE FILTER.

Marchisio Variable Volume Tank | Flat Bottom | Stainless Steel | Marbled Finish | 300L
Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, short-term wine storage, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Tank & lid are made from 304 stainless steel with a food-grade, clear plastic gasket for the lid Air pump with pressure gauge, dry airlock, and spigot are included Made in Italy by Marchisio Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha. Considerations for Winemaking When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage. Marchisio We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes 3/4" chrome plated spigot. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Spigot 300L Specifications: Nominal volume: 300 Liters (79.2 gallons) Effective volume: 305 Liters (80.5 gallons) Diameter: 65 cm (25.6 inches) Height: 100 cm (39.3 inches) Valve size: 3/4" BSP Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. This version of the FCS Kit includes the Density/Temp Sensor which replaces the temperature-only sensor in the basic FCS Starter Kit. FCS is a modular control system designed, developed and manufactured by Brewtools in Norway. The vision behind the system is to take industrial technology and make that available for microbreweries and homebrewers. Using the latest electronic component technology and clever software engineering, Brewtools is able to make features that used to be very expensive and complicated available for everyone. The system can measure temperature, pressure, density/gravity, level* and power consumption and based on that — control cooling, heating, pressure/CO2 in, pressure/CO2 out, agitation*, automatic hop additions* under pressure and more! Fermentation profiles will automate the whole process and give you ultimate control of your fermentation process. (*Not available at first launch.) The system will also constantly monitor the process and notify you if something isn't right. For example, the system will measure the current draw of solenoid valves and heating elements, and will notify you if these components aren't working as they should. Please Note: The software is currently in a state of early adopter beta, and should not be used for critical production. Brewtools will continue to develop software and new sensors/actuators based on customer feedback and requests. If you cannot find a sensor or actuator that fits your setup, please reach out to us and let us know. Note that we do not take responsibility for any lost/destroyed beer or raw materials. Brewtools FCS Starter Kit for Pro Tanks This kit includes everything you would normally need to install the system on a "standard" tank. It comes with two TC 1.5" tees (short) and parts needed to connect your existing solenoids for cooling. The solenoid for gas out is also made for larger tanks. FCS Display Module and FCS I/O Module with power supply Density sensor (300mm) 1 pressure sensor with gas out pro solenoid Tiny Relay Module for wiring your cooling solenoid 2x TC Tees, clamps and gaskets All cables and adapters needed (3m length) The kit does not include a valve/pump for cooling as these are tank dependent, and you may already have a solenoid for your existing glycol loop. For non-Brewtools tanks, you also may need an adapter and/or tee to connect the spunding valve/pressure sensor assembly. Accessories To complete your FCS kit setup, some accessories are needed. A solenoid for cooling (Ø4.5mm - 34mm or 1.5") with 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter or a submersible pump (comes with cable). A blowoff for the pressure out solenoid valve is recommended. You will need a 1.5" TC adapter to connect to your preferred blowoff tubing. Tri-Clamps and gaskets. Based on your tank and setup, you may need some extra tri-clamps or gaskets. Setting Up the FCS for Your Tank Solenoid Valve & Related Connection Hardware for Cooling For Brewtools tanks that use 34mm connection you will need a Ø4.5mm - 34mm solenoid valve. For Commercial tanks you will need a TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter and 1.5" TC Solenoid Valve. Either way, you will need a 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter to connect the solenoid valve to the Brewtools FCS I/O Module. Would You Like a Visible Air Lock on the Spunding Valve? Kreyer SR 13 | Inline Cooling and Heating Unit | Wine and Must | Tube in Tube Heat Exchanger | 11.7 Ton
Use: The most versatile cooling and heating tool a winery can own Pump must or wine throught the machine | Heats or cools inline The only practical solution for cooling or heating crushed grapes 2" ID stainless steel tube-in-tube heat exchanger allows crushed grapes to pass through Use your choice of pumps to move product through SR chiller/heater Made in Germany | Used for over 40 years in French and German wineries Features: Plenty of Power | 11.7 Tons (140,400btu) of Cooling power Wide Temperature Range | 28F or up to 113F Moves Where You Need It | Rolls on four locking casters Control Temperatures with Ease | Digital Thermostat Top Class Components The most versatile cooling and heating tool a winery can own. Whether you want to cool crushed grapes to cold soak temperatures, heat a sluggish ferment, heat a tank for ML without having a dedicated hot water loop, or cold stabilize a tank quickly, the SR is an extremely useful machine. It often eliminates the need for a separate heating loop in your winery. It is loved for quickly doing cold stabilization on one tank at a time. It is more effective at cooling crushed grapes than trying to cool in a tank. Because it is a closed system it can be used with sparkling wine or cider without losing carbonation. Most wineries who use an SR for cooling/heating specific tanks or vats also have a dedicated main chiller connected to their permanent cooling loop. However the SR can also act as the back up chiller in case your main chiller goes down. You can use the SR to chill a tank, such as a large HDPE tank. Connect that tank to your glycol loop and if your main chiller goes down you already have a backup plan in place. Made in Germany, thousands of Kreyer SR chillers have been in use for over 40 years in France and Germany. The SR is not like a regular glycol chiller where a cooled bath is pumped into the tank jackets. The SR features a large, tubular heat-exchanger that is completely insulated. Your product is pumped through the inner tube while heat or cold travels the opposite direction through the outer tube. The top half of the SR houses the compressor for cooling while heating is performed in the Heat-Pump operation mode. The SR is uniquely designed unit for changing the temperature inline of crushed grapes, wine, sparkling wine, water, cider, fruit juice and distillates. By setting the temperature, you can rely on the SR to maintain tank temperature for as long as needed, in either heating or cooling mode. The case of the unit as well as all parts that come in contact with the treated medium are made of stainless steel. The ventilation grills are lacquered in black. Due to its four wheels, this SR unit is easy to maneuver. This allows the user to cool or to heat single tanks or other containers, as required. For example: starting a stopped fermentation by heating the tank content. Your choice of external pump is controlled by the SR’s control panel. The cooling units of the SR series are available in seven different sizes. This is 11.7 Ton model. Smaller and larger machines are available for quote. Applications: Direct cooling or heating of must at the beginning of fermentation Tartaric stabilization of wines Warming up wine from storage to bottling temperature Biological reduction of acids Regulation of fermentation temperature Cool storage of wine until bottling Suitable for sparkling wine and carbonated beverages (closed loop with no carbonation loss) Cooling of liquids with particles such as unfiltered juice Air cooling of the cellar in combination with additional equipment (thermo-fans and accessories) Check out these features: Cools or Heats 11.7 Tons (140,400btu) of cooling power Can maintain temps from 23F to 113F. 230V 60Hz 3 phase supply voltage drawing 40 amps Mobile unit with 4 casters, two locking Sheet metal housing, electrolytic galvanized high surface quality, powder-coated and abrasion-resistant casing Control an external cellar pump from the SR's control panel Evaporator coil made of stainless steel Automatic control of the wine pump according to set temperature Digital Thermostat Lifting/Crane Hooks for transport Panels remove for easy access All units pass multiple tests prior to shipment German Engineering Controller display shows temperature accuracy up to 0.1 degree Celsius. 41.3"L x 41.3"W x 84.6"T Empty Weight: 992 lbs Unit has 2" tri-clamp inlet / outlet 6 Month Electrical Warranty 1 Year Mechanical Warranty CE Certified Please Note: This unit REQUIRES 230 v Three Phase power and will not function on anything else. BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 100L | 26.4G | 220V
Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 26 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch! WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Heat Exchanger Dish The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use. 35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

Customized power configurations available upon request (see below) For detailed power specs, dimensions, and shipping quotes contact our MoreBeer! Pro sales representatives today! Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system. Control Panel Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the HLT, Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day. Hard Piped Distribution Manifold With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with dedicated pumps to move wort and hot liquor from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing. Installation The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew. Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller. Optional Upgrade: MB Autopilot Control System Take your brew day to the next level by upgrading your MB Oil Heated Brewhouse with the new MB Autopilot control system.
