German Munich Malt - Weyermann® Specialty Malts
5.1-7 °L - Weyermann® - To increase body, aroma, malty sweetness and a slight biscuit flavor. A great reason to do mini-mashing or all grain brewing. This malt contains about half the enzyme potential of 2-row malt, which is enough to self convert in a mash. It can be steeped in an extract brew to achieve some of the flavor contribution, but will not add any sugars in a steep. This is a must malt if you looking to construct a true European-style lager.

Servomyces Yeast Nutrient Capsules | White Labs | 6 Pack
Add servomyces to your beer to increase yeast health because healthy yeast make better tasting beer. Other benefits include a decrease in fermentation time and increased alcohol potential. Servomyces stimulates the uptake of maltose which results in drier beer with higher alcohol yields. It is made by saturating beer yeast with zinc and then drying it. Zinc is a missing nutrient in wort and is more readily absorbed from dead yeast cells than by adding it directly as a mineral. Originally available only to professional brewers, this wonderful yeast nutrient is now to the homebrewing community, thanks to White Labs and Lallemand. While it is not a cure-all pill for your brew, it offers the serious home brewer an easy, effective way to help ensure yeast health. Servomyces was developed in Germany at the Weihenstephan brewing school and the Munich University, so of course it conforms to the German Purity Law! Contains 6 capsules good for 5 gallons of wort each. Add Servo in the last 10 minutes of the boil. If your ferment does not require a boil ( as in a mead), open the capsule and add the Servomyces directly.

Vanilla Beans
Vanilla beans have been used for years by various breweries to impart a different and unique flavor to their beers. These Bourbon Vanilla Beans from Madagascar are fresh and ready to be used in whatever beer you like, unlike the dry beans you typically see in grocery stores. To use, simply cut the bean lengthwise and add to your Secondary or Keg. Remove when the Vanilla flavor is at the desired strength. 1-2 beans are fine for a slight Vanilla flavor, but some adventurous brewers will push the limits and add the third bean. This would typically be done in an Oatmeal Stout or a similarly heavy beer.

Fermentis | SafLager™ S-23 Lager | Dry Beer Yeast
Finally there is dry lager yeast we can recommend. This bottom fermenting yeast is widely used by Western European commercial breweries. This yeast develops the best of its flavors when fermented at low temperatures (48F-59F) yet it can still lager characteristics at higher temperatures. We recommend that you keep it between 48F-59F to produce the best beer possible. This yeast can be pitched directly, but if you prefer to rehydrate, the instructions are below. Sprinkle the yeast in a minimum of 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort (we suggest 4 oz) at 70°F to 77°F (21 to 25 °C). Do not stir. Leave to rest 15 to 30 minutes. Gently stir for 30 minutes, and pitch the resultant cream into the fermentation vessel. Like Fermentis Saflager S-23 Lager Yeast? Then you will love CellarScience® BERLIN Dry Lager Yeast!

X-Dry Series Tri-Clamp Chugger Pump (Center Inlet) - Stainless Steel
The X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps offer the same quality and value, but now with "Run Dry Protection" to help avoid damage caused by cavitation. The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! The Chugger pump model has 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet, allowing easy integration with your T.C. kettles or fermenter! We recommend setting these pumps up with a butterfly valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Center Inlet Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

Duotight In-Line Regulator | Built-In Pressure Gauge | 0-60 PSI | Liquid & Gas Compatible | 8 mm Duotight
The Duotight In-Line Regulator works with both gas and liquid. Easily adjust the flow can be adjusted with the yellow adjustment knob. 8 mm Duotight fittings at both inlet and outlet make this unit perfect for use with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). Features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Stepping Down Pressure The ideal regulation scenario occurs when the inline regulator steps down the output pressure to at least 10 PSI less than the inlet pressure. For example, if the inlet pressure is 30 PSI, the regulator effectively manages a range from 0–20 PSI on the output side ensuring optimal performance and stability. Ideal regulation scenario (10 PSI less than inlet pressure) Example of 30 PSI inlet translating to 0–20 PSI output Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends Interchangeable pressure gauge Gauge reads from 0-60 psi Made with quality EPDM seals Wall mountable WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. Omega Yeast | OYL-091 Hornindal Kveik | Beer Yeast | Double Pitch | 225 Billion Cells
A wonderfully unique Norwegian farmstead kveik, Hornindal presents an intense, tropical flavor and aroma of fresh pineapple, mango and tangerine, which complement fruit-forward hops. Add even more dimension to “C” hops with a high fermentation temperature, intensifying aroma and fermentation speed. Though highly flocculent, it will leave beers slightly hazy. Ferments well at 90º F or higher (32° C or higher). Non-phenolic. Attenuation: 75-82% Flocculation: High Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 70-95°F Cell Count: 225 Billion Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

White Labs Clarity Ferm
An easy way to eliminate chill haze in your finished beer is to add one vial of Clarity Ferm to your fermenter prior to the onset of fermentation. Use 1 vial per 5 -7 gallon batch. For the beer geek (but still simplified!): Chill haze is caused in your fermenter during aging when polyphenols and polypetides bond together. Clarity ferm cleaves polypetides (a protein fraction) so they cannot bond with polyphenols (tannin). This product is also known as Brewer's Clarex. There are also discussions and testing being done with this product, finding that it reduces gluten levels in beer. Gluten is the protein that Gluten-Intolerant (Coeliac) folks need to avoid or greatly reduce consumption of. Always consult a Doctor first before use in this application. Features: An enzyme that is effective at preventing chill haze Increases shelf-life and product consistency Does not alter beer flavor or aroma Has no effect on head retention Can produce gluten-reduced* beers made with barley (*The majority of beers test below 10ppm gluten when used in the correct dosage) Shelf life is 6 months. Diffusion Stone - 2 Micron w/ Flare Threads
New! Easier to Sanitize Design This innovative design was the result of customer feedback about the difficulty of santizing our traditional barbed stone when tubing was attached. We added threads instead of a barb and now you can use the fittings you see at the bottom of this page to connect and disconnect your tubing. This allows you to place the carb stone by itself directly in a pot of boiling water to sanitize. Easy. 316 Stainless 1/2" diameter. Stone is 1" in length. Overall length is 1 7/8" To Sanitize To properly sanitize your stones, we recommend you run it in a sanitized solution for 5 minutes. If the stone becomes clogged we recommend boiling the stone for 1-3 minutes to help break down anything within it. Important Notes You do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone. The stone does not come with the barb fitting or flare nut - those will have to be purchased on their own. See the Related Items below. The 2 Micron size is more commonly used for aeration or oxygenation pre fermentation, but can be used to carbonate beer. If you wish to use an aquarium style Aeration Pump to pump air through this stone we recommend a "deep water" type for aquariums, as these will have the necessary PSI to force the air through the stone and into the wort. If you are looking for a ready to use package check out Complete Aeration System. Thank You!

CellarScience® HAZY Dry Yeast | New England Ale | Premium Beer Yeast
The ideal strain for fermenting expressive New England IPAs or Hazy Pale Ales. Produces a well-balanced tropical fruity ester profile and leaves beer with a hazy appearance. Every batch is PCR tested to ensure contamination free yeast. Dosage: One sachet is enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2–3 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. Direct Pitch or Rehydrate: HAZY yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. HAZY yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 62-75°F (17-24°C). Optimum Fermentation Temp: 62-75°F Flocculation: Medium-Low Alochol Tolerance: 11-12% ABV Attenuation: 75-80% Similar Strains: WLP066, WY1318 Gluten-free

Unlock the FermZilla's true potential with the FermZilla Pressure Kit. This will enable fermenting under pressure, carbonating, and serving without ever needing to move beer out of the fermenter. The kit inlcudes two stainless female threaded ball lock fittings with barbs, which thread onto the existing openings atop the FermZilla's lid. A silicone dip tube with stainless steel float work as the beverage out, allowing only the clearest beer from top of the tank to be dispensed. The Pressure Kit will turn the FermZilla into a true unitank! The silicone dip tube is 31" long. It will work perfectly as is for the 55L FermZilla. For the 27L model we recommend cutting the dip tube shorter to remove unwanted slack. With the optional Floating Dip Tube Filter, you can prevent hop material and other solids from ever entering the dip tube. Especially handy when you're pulling samples mid-fermentation! Key Features: Ferment beer under pressure to reduce ester and fusel alcohol production Always draw clear beer with the floating dip tube Keg beer that has already been carbonated Use CO2 to push beer into a keg or through a filter into a keg Eliminate kegging altogether by carbonating and serving directly from the FermZilla Installation Note: For best performance, ensure there is not an excess amount of slack when the silicone dip tube is installed and shorten it if needed. With the floating dip tube installed on your empty FermZilla, you ideally want the dip tube to hang freely with just enough length for the end of the dup tube to touch the bottom of the tank. Please note: pressure kit does not include the lid pictured in the example photo. The ball locks and floating dip tube are installed on the FermZilla's existing lid.
