Blichmann BeerGun™ V2
In 2005 the BeerGun® bottle filler revolutionized the way homebrewers bottled their kegged beer. Complicated counter-pressure fillers were obsoleted, and bottling became effortless and enjoyable! The patented BeerGun® bottle filler became the overwhelmingly dominant filler of choice and we've helped tens of thousands of homebrewers bottle beer and win countless brewing awards. Something we're very proud of. But at Blichmann Engineering we listen to homebrewers! We've taken your feedback and have created the New BeerGun® bottle filler! More ergonomic, faster and easier to clean, and even more intuitive! What's new? Ergonomic warm-touch grip with ambidextrous thumb actuated CO2 valve Positively retained beer seal tip - no more lost tips! Anti-microbial beer hose keeps contamination at bay! Accessory kit now included as standard item Tool free super fast disassembly Made in the USA! Note: Regulators and "Y" fittings are not included with the product. You need two gas sources, so a dual output MFL regulator is ideal. You can add a second output to your regulator by adding a "Y" Fitting and 2 shutoffs. TCHO Cacao Nibs
Cacao nibs are the crushed and roasted seeds from the Cacao plant. It is these seeds that are the key ingredient in chocolate. While not technically chocolate themselves, our nibs do have a wonderful cocoa smell to them, and will provide a very subdued cocoa-like flavor to any beer. A few of us at the shop began to use these nibs like you would a dry hop, but in a process we coined - just to sound official - called "Dry Nibbing". All it means is simply adding the nibs to your secondary fermenter or keg for a couple of weeks (4 ounces per 5 gallons is a great place to start), allowing the beer to draw out the subtle flavors and aromas of the cacao nibs. We have had great success with leaving the nibs inside the keg for as long as 8 months! They can also be used in the boil or mash - wherever you would like to experiment with them. Any addition of the nibs pre-boil will impart some bitterness, so use a lot less than you would when adding them to a keg. (Recently, our friends at Stone Brewing Company made a stout using cacao nibs in the boil to actually replace some of the hops in the recipe!) Our super high quality TCHO cacao nibs go great with darker beers like porters and stouts, but could blend with any beer - perhaps a wit or a saison! TCHO is a new American chocolate company in San Francisco, CA dedicated to producing high end chocolates.

CellarScience® Foam Axe | Anti-Foaming Agent
Foam Axe by CellarScience is a uniquely formulated anti-foaming agent that increases fermenter capacity and reduces the risk of kettle boil overs. By reducing surface tension, bubbles are Axed before they can form. Foam Axe actually increases head formation in the finished beer by retaining foam forming proteins that would have normally blown off during fermentation. Use: In the fermenter, add 1-2 drops per gallon at the start of fermentation. In the kettle, add 1 drop per gallon before the boil starts to help prevent boil overs. Additional Notes: Foam Axe is made from food-grade silicone and works by breaking up foam particles and dispersing surface tension. Foam Axe settles out of beer prior to bottling or kegging. Store cool and in an environment below 90°F. Do not freeze. The recommended shelf life is 6 months from the date the package is opened.

Diffusion Stone - .5 Micron Carbonation/Oxygenation Stone
Our .5 micron carb stone is ideal to force carbonate your kegged beer, or as an aeration stone prior to fermentation. The barb is 1/4" OD. To Use: Attach 2 feet of 1/4" tubing from the "gas in" dip tube inside the keg. (Tubing not included). You set your desired pressure on the regulator and gas gets emitted through the .5 micron stainless stone. The bubbles rise through the beer creating so much surface area contact between gas and liquid that the absorption rate is very rapid. This is very similiar to how beer is carbonated in breweries. 316 Stainless 1/2" diameter. Stone is 1" in length. Overall length is 1 7/8" Sanitizing your Diffusion Stone: To properly sanitize your stones, we recommend you run it in a sanitized solution for 5 minutes. If the stone becomes clogged we recommend boiling the stone for 1-3 minutes to help break down anything within it. If boiling is not an option, we recommend soaking in Star San. Star San will remove a majority of surface contamination/bacteria, but will not sanitize the interior of the stone which may or may not be contaminated. Please note that you do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone.

Yellow Caps
These Oxygen Absorbing beer bottle caps have a special liner that absorbs oxygen in the bottle's head space. This helps reduce the oxidation that happens during the bottling process, keeps your home brewed beer tasting fresher, and can extend it's shelf life. Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.

Citra® Brand HBC 394 | Whole Cone Hops
Unanimously loved as a late addition or dry hop in Hazys, West Coast IPAs, Pale Ales, and other hop-forward styles Aroma Profile: Citrus, Stone Fruit, Tropical, Woody Alpha Acids: 11.0 – 13.0% Whole cone hops are often preferred for dry hopping as they maintain contact while floating in the beer and are easier to remove Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is a great way to add flavor and help clarify wort Citra® is currently one of the most sought-after hops among craft and home brewers for their intense citrus aroma and flavor. Grapefruit and lime aromas along with gooseberry, passion fruit, and lychee notes. Currently one of the top choices for late hop additions or dry hopping when you want to make that ultimate hop bomb IPA or Pale Ale. Citra® also has a fairly high alpha acid content making it a good choice for bittering IPAs, Pales, and American Ales. Supply has been limited in the industry but MoreBeer! loved this hop from day one and bought a lot of it years ago on contract. Whole cone hops are typically the preferred format for dry hopping as they maintain contact with the beer by floating, they are easier to remove than pellets and they add a unique character to the beer. Adding whole cone hops directly to the mash tun is also a great way to add some extra hop flavor and to clarify your wort as it filters through the flowers.
