Blichmann BrewEasy™ - 20 gallon
The BrewEasy™ is a revolutionary new ultra-compact and economical all-grain brewing system. This patent pending system and process utilizes a two kettle recirculation infusion mash system called the Kettle-RIMS™ or K-RIMS™ process for short. This system is very simple to use and is a very approachable way to transition from extract to all-grain brewing. The BrewEasy™ system eliminates the need for a sparging, simplifying the process and saving time. The BrewEasy™ provides all the simplicity and speed of a traditional no-rinse brew-in-a-bag (BIAB) system, but offers the temperature ramping capability and wort clarity of a traditional RIMS system. By eliminating the messy and hazardous lifting of hot grains found in BIAB systems you’ll find the BrewEasy to be pure brewing pleasure. Be sure to read through our manual (see the manual tab) to get all the details of the BrewEasy™ to see why this system may be the ticket for you If you’re already a Blichmann Engineering BoilerMaker™ owner you’ll love the modularity of the BrewEasy. Buy only the components you need and save money! And the BrewEasy is the only system offered in electric and propane models! How does it all work? This two kettle K-RIMS™ system eliminates the hot liquor tank of a traditional three tier system as well as the time consuming and somewhat complicated sparging process. While a three tier system is still the most versatile and efficient, the BrewEasy™ offers improved efficiency over traditional no-rinse BIAB while eliminating the lifting of hot grains. The recirculation through the mash bed generates super clear wort. And the optional BrewCommander can automate it all! What's Included? BrewBuilt® Electric Brewing Kettle | T.C. x FPT Ball Valve
The BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle features an offset welded tri-clamp ferrule for easy installation of the SlingBlade electric heating element. The SlingBlade elements were designed specifically for the BrewBuilt kettles and each element fits the corresponding kettle like a glove, perfectly matching the curvature of the kettle wall and providing the appropriate amount of power for the volume size. The unique crescent-shaped design places the element on one side of the kettle, leaving the opposite side clear for an immersion chiller or other accessories. Positioning the element in this way also promotes a rolling boil that evenly ditributes heat throughout the kettle. You'll love the results you get with the SlingBlade's ultra-low watt density, which won't scorch your wort. The kettle does not come with a power cord so you'll need to provide your own extension cord, or add our watertight On/Off power switch for the most convenient way to power the element. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from. This model includes a T.C. x FPT ball valve with oversized 5/8" barb—ideal for using 1/2" ID silicone transfer tubing. Also available with Butterfly Valve or T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve hardware packs. Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. These days homebrewers have a lot of strong choices when it comes to their kettle purchase. BrewBuilt has adopted a modern feature set designed to make the brew day easier. Silicone handle and lid grips help prevent burns. Etched internal volume markings make filling the kettle for mash or boil simple. Welded valve and thermometer ports are leak-free and never require maintenance--no more discovering worn gaskets on brew day. Sealed handle rivets are strong and allow the entire kettle to be filled if necessary. And perhaps best of all, it features the signature BrewBuilt notched lid with a silicone plug that allows the lid to be in place while using immersion chillers or an Ultimate Sparge Arm. These kettles are truly designed for brewing. SlingBlade Heating Elements The BrewBuilt SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design promotes a rolling boil and even heat distribution. This electric heating element places all of the heating power on one side of the kettle, sending thermal energy upward to the surface that then cascades downward on the opposite side of the kettle. This movement creates a natural turbulence that evenly distributes heat while creating a vigorous boil. By being located on one side of the kettle, the other side is clear for immersion chillers, and the curved shape won't obstruct the flow of wort during whirlpool. Thanks to the non-circular design, the SlingBlade can easily be installed on any kettle with a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule. This also makes removing the element for cleaning between uses a breeze. Kettle Key Features: Three welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use 50-gal kettle has four welded T.C. couplers to use with two heating elements T.C. x FPT ball valve with 5/8" barb AISI304 Stainless Steel construction for longevity and excellent corrosion resistance Stainless handles and rivets for secure lifting Silicone coated kettle and lid handles for heat protection Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle 4 mm Tri-Clad Bottom with Aluminum Core heats quickly and disperses heat evenly to prevent scorching Induction burner compatible 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 1.2:1 height to diameter ratio provides optimal evaporation rate during boiling Industry-First notched lid with silicone plug accommodates an immersion chiller or sparge arm Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy filling SlingBlade Key Features: Made from Stainless Steel with proprietary coating for long life 1.5" Tri-Clamp connection Unique offset design promotes rolling boil Ultra-Low Watt Density eliminates scorching UL Certified components 240 Volt L6-30 plug 20 Amp breaker required for 10 & 15-gallon kettle 30 Amp breaker required for 20 & 30-gallon kettle 50-gallon kettle uses 2 x heating elements and requires 2 x 30 amp circuits SKU Size Element Wattage Kettle ID (in.) BrewBuilt® IceMaster 100 | Glycol Chiller | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity
The IceMaster is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels or barrels. It can be used with any vessel/fermenter/tank/barrel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling snake/coil/rod. For each vessel you want to cool you will need to buy one of our BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit (GLY35). Each Chilling Pump Kit includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cool bath of the IceMaster chiller along with a digital controller. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following: Speidel - Speidel tanks with optional cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank. Barrels - If you use our barrel snake. This can be particularly attractive for a white wine ferment in a barrel. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter. Coolstix - Any glass or PET carboy, Fermonster, or other small vessel that is using a Coolstix to maintain temperatures. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, how the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold stabilizing always requires the most energy and requires well insulated tanks. We are currently experimenting with capacities but can provide this rough guide to get you started. The maximum number of tanks that can be cooled with the IceMaster is four. 1 - 60 Gallon Tank or Barrel 2 - 15-30 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5 to 15 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to IceMaster reservoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary) Specifications: Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: r134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 410mm x 410mm x 660mm Includes 10 stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD Barbs Wheels included CE Certified Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage. GOfermentor Jr
Automated Cap Punching - You're busy. Now never miss a cap punch again No Press - Eliminates the need for separate press Clean - Reduced fruit flies and super easy clean up GOfermentor Jr makes wine from real grapes in a machine the size of a bar stool. The GOfermentor Jr is an automated winery 30" tall and 20" wide. Professional winemaking for the serious enthusiast. Make red wine using real grapes instead of juice for award-winning results. Advanced technology eliminates all the mess and cleaning. Completely self-contained. Does not require a destemmer, or press. GO fermentor Jr is designed to make 5 to 8 gallons of wine per batch. Fermentation is performed in a single-use pharmaceutical grade plastic bag. This bag is filled through a large 20" opening. Whole, crushed, or even whole-cluster grapes can be added. The large fill port allows the grapes to filled by hand, eliminating the need for an expensive must pump. The winemaker then introduces additives and yeast as desired and closes the bag with the supplied vent cap. The fermentation proceeds and CO2 is automatically vented as necessary. Punching is performed automatically as per a schedule set by the winemaker. This automatic punch ensures superb extraction of color and flavors. Just buy some yeast and add up to 110 lbs of wine grapes for 5 gallons of superb wine in 8 to 10 days. Closed bag operation enables zero sulfite wines. Unattended punchdown. Set schedule on smart phone. Perfect punching based on our patented air bladder technology. No getting up at 2am or working weekends. Built-in WiFi and free monitoring/control app. With the push of a button the machine presses out the wine. Collect and age it for a few months and you're ready to amaze your friends. Waste skins and seeds are left in the bag. Just pull it out and use the pomace as compost. All you need is another $25 bag for the next delicious batch. Real Wine From Real Grapes Nothing else needed. Just buy some yeast and add up to 110 lbs of wine grapes for 5 gallons of superb wine in 8 to 10 days. Closed bag operation enables zero sulfite wines. Proven award-winning performance. No Cleaning Food grade BPA-free single use fermentation bag. No cleaning. No contamination. No off-odors. No mess. No insects. Your family will love it. 20 inches in diameter and 36 inches tall. Fits anywhere in a basement or closet. Automated Punch When a punch is desired, the controller inflates the bladders. This action squeezes the fermentation bag forcing the wine up through the cap. After a few minutes the bladder is deflated and fragments of the cap fall back into the wine. The action is repeated periodically and ensures that the cap is dispersed and kept moist. Unattended punchdown. Set schedule on smart phone. Perfect punching based on our patented air bladder technology. No getting up at 2am or working weekends. Built-in WiFi and free monitoring/control app. No Press Needed Pressing out wine is difficult to do at home. Wine presses are expensive and create a huge mess. This is the main reason why home winemakers mostly use grape juice. However, for red wines, fermentation with skins is essential to making quality wine. The GO fermentor Jr with its integral press does away with the need for a dedicated press. With the push of a button the machine presses out the wine. Collect and age it for a few months and you are ready to amaze your friends. Waste skins and seeds are left in the bag. Just pull it out and use the pomace as compost. All you need is another $25 bag for the next delicious batch.

Marchisio Variable Volume Tank | Flat Bottom | Stainless Steel | Marbled Finish | 500L
Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, short-term wine storage, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Tank & lid are made from 304 stainless steel with a food-grade, clear plastic gasket for the lid Air pump with pressure gauge, dry airlock, and spigot are included Made in Italy by Marchisio Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha. Considerations for Winemaking When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. Marchisio We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes 1" chrome plated valve. This valve has ENO style threads at the outlet, but you can use this white plastic barb adapter to easily attach transfer tubing. Alternatively, the included spigot can be replaced with a BSP ball valve in order to convert the connection to tri-clamp or other preferred connection types. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dry Airlock for tank Chrome Plated Valve 500L Specifications: Nominal volume: 500 Liters (132.0 gallons) Effective volume: 500 Liters (132.0 gallons) Diameter: 80 cm (31 inches) Height: 110 cm (43 inches) Valve size: 1" BSP (straight thread) x 30 Eno Thickness (Bottom X side, in mm): 1.0 X 0.7 *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown.
