Ss Brewtech Recirculation Kit for InfuSsion Mash Tun
Compatible with the new T.C. model and the original InfuSsion Mash Tun. This kit is designed to include all the necessary components to use the recirculation bulkhead included with the InfuSsion Mash Tun for vorlauf and mash recirculation processes. To install the kit on a standard mashtun begin by installing the included 1/2" FPT x 1/2" Barb on the exterior of your mash tun's recirculation bulkhead. Be sure to use PTFE tape for a liquid-tight seal. If using the supplied kit on a TC mashtun, begin installation with included 3/4" TC to 1/2" 90 Barb, 3/4" TC gasket and clamp. Next, locate the 3/8" knurled locknut, 3/8" silicone tubing, and recirculation manifold. Trim the tubing to your desired length, and then use the hose clamps to secure the two ends of the tubing to the manifold and locknut. As a best practice, begin the mash recirculation for the first 5-10 mins using the vorlauf attachment to clear any small grain particulate and to set the mash bed, then swap the vorlauf attachment for the recirculation manifold for the remainder of the mash rest. Speidel Braumeister PLUS Electric Brewery - 50L/13.2G (230V)
The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality. The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best. The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier. Advantages of the Braumeister First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments. Walking Through the Brew Process On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort. Features: Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp Technical Specifications for 50L Braumeister: These units require a 220-230V connection. You should plan on hiring an electrician to install the proper socket and to wire on the appropriate plug. Produces 53L of wort, which is about 50L of finished beer Controllers can store up to ten recipes for easy repeat brewing! 3,200-watt built-in heating capacity (2) 23-watt pumps 230V (protection at least 16 amp), 50-60Hz Max Grain Capacity: 26.5 lbs Max Fill Level: 55L (Upper Marking on Center Rod) 27.5" H x 19.7" Ø 53 lbs

0.5 Micron Diffusion Stone | Stainless Air Stone for Oxygenation or Carbonation | 1/4" Flare Thread
Application-Specific Pore Sizes: Available in 0.5-micron for rapid force carbonation or 2-micron for yeast aeration and wine macro-oxygenation. Two Connection Options: Choose a standard 1/4" barb for direct tubing or a 1/4" MFL thread for quick detachment and easy sanitization in boiling water. Multi-Gas Versatility: Efficiently diffuses CO2, oxygen, or nitrogen for varied brewing and winemaking processes. Diffusion stones are highly porous stainless steel components used to efficiently dissolve gases into liquids. In brewing, they are primarily used to force-carbonate kegged beer quickly and consistently, or to aerate wort with oxygen prior to fermentation to ensure healthy yeast growth. In winemaking, these stones are utilized for macro-oxygenation during fermentation—which can help soften tannins and emphasize fruit characteristics—as well as for degassing finished wine with nitrogen. Micron Size Choosing between a 0.5-micron and 2-micron stone depends on your specific process. The 0.5-micron stone produces extremely fine bubbles that maximize surface area for rapid gas absorption, making it the standard choice for force-carbonating beer. The 2-micron stone handles a slightly higher gas flow, making it the preferred choice for aerating wort or must (using either compressed oxygen or a high-PSI aeration pump) and for macro-oxygenation in wine. Connection Diffusion stones are available with either a standard 1/4" barb or a 1/4" male flare (MFL) thread. The barb provides a secure, traditional friction fit for 1/4" ID tubing, while the threaded flare connection allows you to easily detach the stone from your gas line so it can be dropped directly into boiling water for quick sanitization. To Sanitize To properly sanitize your stones, we recommend you run it in a sanitized solution for 5 minutes. If the stone becomes clogged we recommend boiling the stone for 1-3 minutes to help break down anything within it. You do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone. Specs: 0.5 micron 1/4" MFL Made from stainless steel

2 Micron Diffusion Stone | Stainless Air Stone for Oxygenation or Carbonation | 1/4" Barb
Specs: 2 micron 1/4" barb* Made from stainless steel *Please Note: The barb is slightly oversized at 7mm (0.27").

MB® MiniChilly | Multi-Tank Glycol Chiller | Bulkhead Sets for 10 Fermenters | Digital Temp Control | Rolling Casters | Stainless Steel Enclosure | 1.2 HP
The German made 1.2 horse power MB Chiller is an ideal solution for the avid home winemaker looking to chill up to 10 fermenters at once. The idea of the MiniChilly is that for each fermenter you want to a chill a pump kit is added. A pump kit (GLY35) includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cold bath of the Mini Chilly along with a digital controller that is placed next to your fermenter. Silicone tubing is included to make the connections. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. In this way each tank can be set at different temperatures. The MiniChilly is made by Quantor/Kreyer of Germany who is the largest manufacturer of glycol systems for breweries and wineries in the world. Made with high quality manufacturing and components, the MiniChilly is a durable system for many years of problem-free wine making. The unit features a stainless steel case with stainless 3/8" barbs in the top that allow for a clean connection of the silicone tubing that will run from each pump to each tank. The MiniChilly is able to chill its reservoir down to 21°F when a 30% glycol solution is used. The compact size and included casters make it easy to move around the winery when needed. Applications: Cooling of fermentation and storage tanks Cooling must and wine for clearing and cold stabilization Cooling rooms and storage halls with additional fan coils Capacity: Many chiller ratings are based on the theoretical power of the compressor, while the cooling capacity of the MiniChilly is rated at a realistic ambient temperature. This is much more useful for predicting the MiniChilly’s performance in real world applications. Of course, you could cool a greater number of smaller tanks but you’re ultimately limited to the 10 connections. Actual cooling capacities will vary based on the insulation of the tank. For the examples below we assume neoprene or better. Cooling Capacity Example: Up to 10 x 110L well-insulated tanks fermenting at 68°F in 80°F ambient temperature. For every fermenter you want to cold crash remove 4 fermenting fermenters from the capacity. Set Up: In order to hook up the MiniChilly to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing per pump. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to MiniChilly reservoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary) Technical Characteristics: Power: 110V-1Ph/50-60Hz Compressor Power: 1.2hp/900watts Cooling Capacity at 32°F glycol temp and 90°F Ambient Temp: 1.05 KW/1050 Watts (60Hz 110V) Cooling Capacity at 60°F glycol temp and 90°F Ambient Temp: 1.92 KW/1920 Watts (60Hz 110V) Stainless Steel Unit Water Temperature Range: 21°F - 86°F (-6°C - 30°C) Ambient Temperature Range: 50°F - 90°F (10°C - 32°C) Refrigerant R134a Free Glycol Water-Bath for Mini-Pumps Fittings 3/8" for Plastic Tubes of Individual Pumps Solid Wheels w/ Breaks for Easy Mobility Universal C19 Plug On/Off Switch Water-Level Sight-Tube Grooves for Individual Pump Cables Safety Inner Separation Water Side from Electric Side Tank Capacity: 12.68 gal.
