2 Micron Diffusion Stone | Stainless Air Stone for Oxygenation or Carbonation | 1/4" Flare Thread
Application-Specific Pore Sizes: Available in 0.5-micron for rapid force carbonation or 2-micron for yeast aeration and wine macro-oxygenation. Two Connection Options: Choose a standard 1/4" barb for direct tubing or a 1/4" MFL thread for quick detachment and easy sanitization in boiling water. Multi-Gas Versatility: Efficiently diffuses CO2, oxygen, or nitrogen for varied brewing and winemaking processes. Diffusion stones are highly porous stainless steel components used to efficiently dissolve gases into liquids. In brewing, they are primarily used to force-carbonate kegged beer quickly and consistently, or to aerate wort with oxygen prior to fermentation to ensure healthy yeast growth. In winemaking, these stones are utilized for macro-oxygenation during fermentation—which can help soften tannins and emphasize fruit characteristics—as well as for degassing finished wine with nitrogen. Micron Size Choosing between a 0.5-micron and 2-micron stone depends on your specific process. The 0.5-micron stone produces extremely fine bubbles that maximize surface area for rapid gas absorption, making it the standard choice for force-carbonating beer. The 2-micron stone handles a slightly higher gas flow, making it the preferred choice for aerating wort or must (using either compressed oxygen or a high-PSI aeration pump) and for macro-oxygenation in wine. Connection Diffusion stones are available with either a standard 1/4" barb or a 1/4" male flare (MFL) thread. The barb provides a secure, traditional friction fit for 1/4" ID tubing, while the threaded flare connection allows you to easily detach the stone from your gas line so it can be dropped directly into boiling water for quick sanitization. To Sanitize To properly sanitize your stones, we recommend you run it in a sanitized solution for 5 minutes. If the stone becomes clogged we recommend boiling the stone for 1-3 minutes to help break down anything within it. You do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone. Specs: 2 micron 1/4" MFL Made from stainless steel

Lallemand OPTI-MUM RED™ | Inactive Yeast | Added to Red Wines at Crush | Increase Mouthfeel | Lock in Color
Yeast Derivative Nutrient - For increased color stability, integrated mouthfeel and roundness in red wines; OMRI listed OPTI-MUM RED™ helps to produce wines with intense color, a rounder, softer mouthfeel, and a decreased perception of astringency. Early additions of OPTI-MUM RED lead to more stable color due to reactions between early-released color molecules (anthocyanins), phenolic compounds (tannins), and the polysaccharides from OPTI-MUM RED Reduces the perception of green, astringent tannins in cool-climate or low maturity fruit Reduces the sensation of hotness in high alcohol wines Can help soften mouthfeel The yeast strain behind OPTI-MUM RED was specifically selected and fully autolyzed for its highly reactive high molecular weight polysaccharides and oligosaccharides Frequently used in: Medium-bodied reds, full-bodied reds, cool-climate reds, high maturity grapes When to add: Directly to grapes or at first mixing Provides: High molecular weight polysaccharides and oligosaccharides that contribute to color stability, volume, and softness YAN contribution: Insignificant Recommended Dosage: 20-40 g/hL (1.7-3.3 lb/1000 gal) Usage: Mix OPTI-MUM RED in 10 times its weight of water or juice and add directly to the grapes or must. If adding later in fermentation, add during a pump-over or during tank mixings. This product is mostly soluble. Stir to maintain suspension before and during addition. Storage: Dated expiration. Store in a cool, dry environment at 18°C (65°F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.

CellarScience® Enzo Red | Enzyme Blend for Red Wine
Add to red wine fermentations on the skin Releases aroma compounds, anthocyanins for color, and polysaccharides for mouthfeel Reduces necessary contact time / physical interaction normally needed for extraction Pectinase blend that breaks down cellulose and hemicellulose Enzo Red contains a selection of enzymes designed to promote deep, lasting color, structure, and aroma in fine red wines. Enzo Red is a blend of pectinases that will degrade both cellulase and hemicellulase, releasing anthocyanins and desirable skin tannins. It also releases aromatic compounds along with polysaccharides to help contribute to the aroma and body of your red wine. By breaking down pectins, Enzo Red helps with faster clarification and easier downstream filtering. Enzo Red can help to reduce the amount of punch downs or pump overs required. While there is no harm to keeping your existing schedule, it reduces the need for extended skin contact time, helps with extraction when an ideal punch-down schedule can't be maintained, and lessens the amount of time spent in pump over. For pump over in particular, this can be an advantage by lessening the shearing action on seeds that can occur when pumping must. Enzo Red is obtained from aspergillus niger and does not contain the enzymes cinnamyl esterase (production of barnyard flavors) or anthocyanase which is known to produce oxidized color hues in wine. Use: Dilute 0.04 to 0.15 g per gal (0.01 to 0.04 g per liter) into water and add directly into the crushed grapes or must. Perform bench trials to determine optimal usage or start with a dosage of 0.1 g per gal (0.025 g per liter) and adjust as desired on future batches.

Blichmann WineEasy Fermentor - 30gal
Using the WineEasy™ combined fermentor and press is admittedly different than anything on the market, but is incredibly easy to use and provides results and ease of use that traditional fermenting and pressing techniques simply can't offer. At the heart of the system is a high quality stainless primary fermentor (20, 30 and 55 gal sizes). A uniquely designed false bottom located at the bottom of the fermentor allows the pomace to be separated from the wine while draining the unit. The tines on the pressure plate support the bottom of the fermentor and perforated false bottom and keep it from collapsing from the pressure imparted by the vacuum pump After alcoholic fermentation, the free run is drained or pumped out of the fermentor. The sliding piston assembly is then installed. The vacuum pump evacuates the carboy (or other vacuum capable vessel) and applies a vacuum under the false bottom of the WineEasy fermentor. This causes atmospheric pressure to push down on the sliding piston pressing the pomace to the ideal maximum pressure of 14 PSI to avoid hard press conditions. Since this is all done without transferring the pomace to a press, and is done so in a completely closed and air tight system, oxidation and contamination are virtually eliminated. Cleanup is as easy as scooping out the dry pomace into a container and washing out the high polish stainless steel fermentor! Please click here to view the WineEasy Buying Guide Features: No messy transfers to a secondary fermentor Less risk of contamination and oxidation Great press efficiency Fast Easy to use Simple mess-free cleanup Produce consistently superb wines Please Note: This 30 gallon Wine Easy requires at least 6.6 gallons of must to press effectively.

Marchisio Fruit Press | Bladder Press | Hydro Press | Stainless Steel | 450L
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. High-capacity, commercial-grade stainless steel fruit press Bladder press offers an effortless process that is more efficient and gentler on the fruit Can be used with any standard garden hose and water supply that provides at least 36 psi of pressure Rotating basket allows for easy disposal of the pressed grapes Mounted to welded frame with rolling casters for smooth mobility around the winery Made in Italy by Marchisio Bladder presses offer a gentler yet more efficient press with less operator effort and the ultimate in press-control. You will extract more juice and less tannins. Attach a standard garden hose to the included hose fitting. Water fills up the interior rubber bladder which expands and presses the grapes against the outer stainless steel screen. 35 p.s.i water pressure (2.5 bar) is the maximum pressure you would need to operate. Two sleeves are provided with the press. One a mesh sleeve is placed inside the press and the other is an outer plastic sleeve that is placed over the top of the press to keep the pressed fruit from squirting out. After pressing, the entire stainless basket rotates and the inner mesh sleeve can be pulled out with most of the pressed grapes coming with it. We use this press in our own small production. A platform was built for the press to sit on so that when we rotate the basket we can dump directly into a macrobin. Use a Must Pump (PMP565) to pump fermented grapes up into the press. 118 gallon capacity (not including bladder.) Download the PDF FAQ: Can the press be operated with air pressure? No. These are hydraulic presses that may only be operated with water. When operating with compressed air, there is a risk of explosion and a very high risk of injury if the membrane bursts due to excess pressure or damage. Is a minimum water pressure required? In order to ensure the function and the best possible yield, there should be a minimum water pressure of 2-2.5 bar on the press. What if the water supply delivers more than 3 bar? In principle, this is not a problem, as if the water pressure inside the press exceeds 3 bar, the pressure relief valve opens and there is no pressure-related damage. How many apples make how much juice? On average, 50kg (110 lbs) of apples produce around 30-35L (8-9 gal) of juice, depending on the variety and quality of the apples.

Lallzyme KP-CLAR™ | Clarification Enzyme For Pectins | White and Rose Wines | Cider | 1 kg
Lallzyme KP-CLAR – Liquid Enzyme for Fast, Clean Juice and Wine Clarification Breaks down pectins to improve settling, flotation, and clarification Increases juice yield during pressing by reducing viscosity and colloid content Produces compact, tight lees for cleaner racking and better wine stability Fast-acting at low temperatures, with peak performance between 10–20°C Liquid format offers precise dosing and easy integration into juice or wine Lallzyme KP-CLAR is a liquid pectolytic enzyme preparation from Aspergillus niger, designed specifically for clarification of white and rosé juice and wine. Its carefully balanced enzymatic activity rapidly breaks down pectin chains, allowing for more efficient settling, flotation, and filtration. KP-CLAR improves press efficiency, reduces turbidity, and creates tight, easily separated lees—making it ideal for use before fermentation or after, depending on the winemaker’s goals. Unlike some powdered enzymes, its liquid format ensures fast dispersion and accurate dosing, reducing variability and simplifying cellar workflow. KP-CLAR is also well-suited for cider production. Its ability to break down apple pectins results in clearer juice, improved press yields, and faster settling—whether you're clarifying before fermentation or polishing a finished cider. Its activity profile works well with the high pectin content typical of apples, making it a reliable tool for both commercial and craft cider makers. Protocol Dilute KP-CLAR in approximately 10 times its weight (or volume) of chlorine-free water or juice. Mix thoroughly and add to must or wine before settling, flotation, or clarification. Distribute evenly by pumping over or mixing gently. Ideal working temperature: 10–20°C. Do not use at temperatures below 8°C. Avoid concurrent additions of bentonite or high SO₂. Usage Rates Recommended dosage: 1–4 mL per hectoliter = 0.01–0.04 mL per liter = 0.038–0.151 mL per gallon Use lower rates for clean, easily settling juices and higher rates for difficult-to-clarify musts or cider with high pectin content. Allow appropriate contact time based on clarification method (flotation or static settling). For wine or cider polishing, perform bench trials to determine the optimal dose.

Speidel 8BBL (1000L) Braumeister Electric All in One Brewing System
The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. The Braumeister: A patented, electric, self-contained all-grain brewing system producing 290 gallons of wort per brew. The beauty of the Speidel Braumeister is in simplicity and relatively small footprint. This product is not part of our free shipping policy, however we only charge actual freight from our California Warehouse to your location. Touchscreen Control Panel The new automatic control system brews with your own individual recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Recipes and software updates can be synced automatically with the integrated WiFi. The time and temperature are precisely maintained through all brewing phases. The new touchscreen makes it even easier to operate the Braumeister. In addition, the large Braumeisters have integrated a new pressure sensor-controlled pump control. The pressure sensor in the pressure line which is connected with the malt pipe allows you to regulate the pump speed via the pressure. The new timer function saves time because, for example, the brewing water can be heated up early in the morning. Automatic Brewing Running your brew day is simple and repeatable with the new 5" touchscreen control panel, featuring integrated WiFi control and automatic software updates. Program your recipes into the controller and it will run through all the brewing phases with precise time and temperature control. One Vessel With the Braumeister you Mash, Boil and Cool all in the same vessel. All actions are controlled by the included electronic control system. Your brewing process is started in the Braumeister the same as with any other system, by mixing cracked grain with hot water. From there traditional step mashes at multiple temperatures are easy to maintain when you set your program on the controller. Traditional Sparging Optional Because of the constant movement of wort, the high ratio of liquid in the mash and the unique grain bed filters, the efficiency of removing sugar from the mash is good. This eliminates the need for a traditional sparge. However when you shift from Mashing to the boil by lifting the grain bed out of the tank you can rinse the grain with hot water, performing a more traditional sparge if desired. Boil and Cool After the grain basket is removed with the included winch you will begin a traditional boil for 60 to 90 minutes. After the boil is over you connect to your glycol system (see our Kreyer Chilly45, GLY410) and use the built in dimpled cooling jacket to cool the wort down. Simple. Product Specifications: Runs on 400V Three Phase Power (requires a 50amp circuit) Built in frequency converter allows it to run on 50 or 60hz Designed to make approximately 290 gallons of wort, 264 gallons of finished beer Dimensions in Crate: 122" L x 75" W x 77" H Dimensions once set up: 120" L x 75" W x 135" H Weight: 1875 lbs (2160 lbs Crated) Heating Spiral: 12 x 3000 Watt heating capacity 370 Watt pump Cooling Jacket Surface Area: 2.56 square meters 496 lb max qty of malt Control Software: Brewing guide—also shows quantity and kind of raw materials Precise temperature measuring Pump pauses are adjustable Integrated WiFi for software updates and sync of recipes with MySpeidel Integrated database of raw materials Timer function with delayed start Ferment control compatible with the Tilt Hydrometer Control Hardware: IP 65 water resistant 5" touchscreen Additional connections 24V and CAN for future accessories WiFi and Bluetooth integrated

Speidel Braumeister Plus Electric Brewing System - 10L/2.6G (110V)
The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality. The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best. The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier. Advantages of the Braumeister First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments. Walking Through the Brew Process On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort. Features: Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp Technical Specifications for 10L Braumeister: 110V - comes with a NEMA 5-20 plug. You may need to install the corresponding wall socket or use an adapter. Grainfather G70² | All Grain Brewing System | G70 V2 | Wireless Connectivity | 220V
PLEASE NOTE: The supplier of this product has temporarily halted shipments to addresses within the state of California. If you are a CA resident, please note your order will not be fulfilled and will ultimately be canceled. We hope to have this issue resolved with the supplier as soon as possible. Thanks to the 70L (18.5 gal) capacity, homebrewers can produce more beer to share or commercial breweries now have a unit that's small enough for pilot testing. It also has a smart controller with built-in wireless connectivity and mobile app integration for step-by-step remote-controlled brewing. The G70² gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Please Note - this system comes standard with a NEMA 6-15P plug, and requires access to a 220v-240v power supply. New Features on the G70²: The G70² features a perforated grain basket and the sight glass is now integrated into the recirculation pipework. The new basket design provides an improved brewing experience with no top plate or additional pipework required, making for an even more efficient mash and an easier clean. Perforated grain basket for an improved brewing experience with no top plate or additional pipework required. Integrated sight glass is now a part of the recirculation pipework for easy volume reading. 70L of innovation, consistency and power have helped to create one of our most compelling systems to date. The inherent strength and safety capabilities of the G70² are matched by its bold, contemporary look and new smart brewing technologies. From the creators of the original award-winning all-grain brewing system, the Grainfather G70² represents the next level in brewing equipment. We’ve stepped up our game to bring you a smarter brewing system with a larger 18.5 gal capacity, improved design, wireless control, app integration and the same Grainfather signature quality guarantee. Whether you're a homebrewer looking to raise the stakes or a commercial brewery looking to bring authenticity back to your pilot batches, the G70² is your true brewing companion. It gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Features: Two-stage false bottom. The conical base allows a false bottom with an inner collar to sit in the recess of the base. Early testers used 21 oz of hops and saw full flow through the pump. This is very effective. Bespoke 3.2 kWh concealed conical heating element. Make the most of the power available. The element covers around 80% of the base and is mounted using a thermal paste rather than braised. This moves the heat efficiently upwards, minimizing the loss of heat to areas where it’s not needed. As it’s spread in a wide area, hot spots and scorching are very unlikely. Also, most solids settle on the false bottom, so they won’t touch the elements. As it’s concealed, it makes cleaning easy too. Integrated sight glass for easy volume readings during sparging. Instead of trying to judge the level of your preboil, you can easily sparge until you reach preboil volume. It’s also easy to clean after every brew. The sight glass cap can be replaced with the sight glass cleaning barb to easily recirculate a cleaning solution. Bottom drain below the false bottom means minimal dead space. High temperature, high flow rate, food-grade pump. With an 2.1 gal per minute flow rate, you can transfer your brew efficiently and safely. Heavy duty handles on the outside of the G70² unit. Convenient side entry recirculation. Rather than up and over, the G70² has a built in port on the side of the unit. If the pump is accidentally switched on, the wort will be safely directed back into the boiler. New rolled edge, mash plates and hop filter for increased strength and easy set up. There’s no more silicone seals, as the plates now have a smooth finish, making them more robust, hard-wearing and easy to install. Compared to the G30, the G70² is wider but not that much taller. Comparatively, the draining is still quick from the basket and there’s less likelihood of stuck sparges as the draining surface area is bigger. Safety aspects including locked in support ring, heavy duty, no slip brackets on the grain basket and protection from knocking the ball valve open. Automatic heat sensors and safety cut-out for dry boil protection. Color LCD controller screen with magnetic mounting for easy viewing from all angles and manual control. Glass lid with handle. Ball valve for sampling/draining. This runs in line with the pump so it’s particularly helpful when draining the cleaning water. The water runs out quickly, emptying the unit in no time. Huge Wort Chiller included. Despite the volume being more than double, cooling times remain around the same as the G30 thanks to a more powerful pump, efficient false bottom and bigger wort chiller to match the wider unit. The large size means it needs to be positioned away from the G70², however this is made easy with longer silicone tubing attached as standard. Lifting bar included with winch lifting hook. Use the bar for a two person lift or with a stable winch system for individual brewers to lift the grain basket. Large dual-stage hop filter provides a large surface area to allow for a hopping rate of up to 3.3 lbs, which also reduces pump load and blockages. Robust stainless steel body and excellent build quality. Specifications: 304 Grade stainless steel body 220 - 240V 18 Gal Capacity Max Grain Bill: 35 lbs Min Grain Bill: 18 lbs Powerful high flow pump: 15W

Blichmann WineEasy Fermentor - 55gal
Using the WineEasy™ combined fermentor and press is admittedly different than anything on the market, but is incredibly easy to use and provides results and ease of use that traditional fermenting and pressing techniques simply can't offer. At the heart of the system is a high quality stainless primary fermentor (20, 30 and 55 gal sizes). A uniquely designed false bottom located at the bottom of the fermentor allows the pomace to be separated from the wine while draining the unit. The tines on the pressure plate support the bottom of the fermentor and perforated false bottom and keep it from collapsing from the pressure imparted by the vacuum pump. After alcoholic fermentation, the free run is drained or pumped out of the fermentor. Please click here to view the WineEasy Buying Guide Features: No messy transfers to a secondary fermentor Less risk of contamination and oxidation Great press efficiency Fast Easy to use Simple mess-free cleanup Produce consistently superb wines Please Note: This 55 gallon Wine Easy requires at least 18.15 gallons of must to press effectively.
