EVABarrier Double Wall Draft Tubing - 4 mm ID x 8 mm OD
EVABarrier double wall tubing is an excellent choice for all draft dispensing applications. The inner barrier is an excellent gas barrier, keeping oxygen out and CO2 in. The inner wall is also extremely smooth to prevent bacteria and other microbes from attaching to the inside surface. The outer barrier gives the tubing a decent stiffness while still remaining pliable. This makes EVA Barrier remarkably kink resistant and the perfect choice for use with Duotight, John Guest, and other push-in fittings. The 4 mm (5/32") ID size is perfect for home draft applications where only a short beverage line is needed. We recommend using 5-6 ft. per line for adequate flow resistance. This tubing works seamlessly with Duotight Gas In and Bev Out Ball Lock QDs which allow you to connect your draft lines directly to your ball lock homebrew keg. Be sure to select the correct size QD fittings that correspond to your tubing's outer diameter (OD). LinkTech High Temp Plastic Female Quick Disconnect (QD) | 1/2" MPT W/ Shutoff Valve
The LinkTech 60PS Series is a lineup of premium plastic Quick Disconnects. These High Quality QDs are made from medical grade polypropylene, a high-strength plastic that is temperature tolerant 160° (Max!), and can handle pressure ranging from a vacuum to 60 psi. All of the 60PS Series will interconnect, and these units will also work seamlessly (and leaklessly!) with CPC Quick Disconnects of the same internal 3/8” flow path. O-rings are a EPDM Rubber, and internal valve springs are constructed from 316 Stainless steel. This is a Female Socket, which can connect to any H501 Series Male Plug. It has 1/2" Male NPT threading for use with any products equipped with 1/2" Female NPT. This QD is equipped with a shutoff valve. When not connected to another QD, this will not allow any flow. While not quite as bulletproof as our Stainless Steel Quick Disconnects, this lineup is still incredibly durable, and does offer a few advantages. These can be set up with Shutoffs, which will prevent flow when disconnected, and can be incredibly useful on Pump or Glycol systems. A highly flexible, environmentally friendly, beverage tubing that is BPA and PVC Free. Ultra Barrier™ Beverage tubing from EJ Beverage is an excellent alternative to PVC. It is constructed of a unique compound that is PVC Free and BPA Free; it contains no DEHP phthalates or other plasticizers. It does not emit dioxins and has extremely low extractables/leachables.
