  • Pump - MKII High Temp Magnetic Drive (25 Watts) - T.C. Pump Head w/ Inline T.C. Ports Pump - MKII High Temp Magnetic Drive (25 Watts) - T.C. Pump Head w/ Inline T.C. Ports

KegLand MKII Magnetic Drive Pump | Tri-Clamp Inline Pump Head | Stainless Steel | 5 GPM | 25 Watt

Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet! T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred tri-clamp fittings The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer. Features: 110V / 60hz Max Head: 11.15 ft. (3.4 m) Max Flow: 5 Gal/min (19L/min) Max Temperature: 248°F (120°C) 360° rotatable stainless steel pump head 1.5" T.C. ports Water resistant casing (not waterproof) KegLand Part Number: KL27526 If you're brewing on a budget and want the most affordable pump possible, check out the standard model MKII pump. This has been our best-selling pump for years and you can always upgrade it down the road with the standard stainless center inlet head or inline stainless tri-clamp head.

    Premium Home Brewing Kit

    2 reviews

Everything that comes with our Deluxe kit plus some major upgrades Large 8.5-gallon brew kettle with ball valve port for easy transferring of liquids Copper wort chiller offers a quick & convenient way to chill wort — no ice bath required! Step-by-Step instruction pamphlet fine-tuned over 20 years for easy success Your choice of recipe kit included The Premium Homebrewing Starter Kit is our "get the best to start with" kit and comes with all the bells and whistles! Included in this beer brewing starter kit is a massive 8.5 gallon stainless steel brewing kettle, 7 gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, choice of ingredient kit, and all the time tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. Long story short, this kit has everything you need to start home brewing! We started with our Deluxe Homebrew Starter Kit (BRKIT20) and upgraded the brew kettle to an 8.5 gallon model. The larger volume kettle allows for Full-Boil brews which can have lighter color and better hop flavors. The included kettle spigot makes transferring liquid from your kettle to your Fermonster Fermenter safe and easy. Our kettle also includes a thermometer port with plug so that you can add a dedicated kettle thermometer at any time. You will also enjoy the new silicone handle grips and internally stamped volume markers. Then in order to quickly cool the beer after boiling we included our WC20 copper Wort Chiller (a $60 value!). To top it off, we upgraded the Fermonster by a gallon to a massive 7 gallon capacity. This can be key down the road when you want to brew certain styles of beer that foam a lot during fermentation. With smaller fermenters it can bubble right out of the top. Stay out of trouble by never making a mess! A larger kettle, wort chiller and bigger fermenter are some of the first upgrades new brewers make—save yourself the hassle and purchase these items at an amazing value as part of the Premium Homebrew Starter Kit, from Morebeer!™ The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids. Easy to follow, How-To Instructions with Videos & a FREE 800 Number with Actual Brewers to ask questions! We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Our instructions are clear and simple to follow and will have you making great beer with batch number one. If you have any questions, call our on-staff brewmasters at 1-800-600-0033. Recipe Options: American Ale produces a light colored, hoppy Pale Ale that puts the beloved Cascade hop on full display. Cascade hops are one of the classic American hop varieties, and we love them for their citrus, grapefruit character. Pliny the Elder is a truly amazing beer with a cult like following. • Cannular Pro Compact Semi-Auto Canning Machine - Bench Top Can & Crowler Seamer

Cannular Pro Bench Top Can & Crowler Seamer

    11 reviews

Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. Everything you need to start seaming 32 oz Crowlers with the Cannular Pro can seamer. This kit includes the Cannular Pro Semi-Auto Canning Machine, 110V Power Supply, Splash Guard Accessory, and Crowler Chuck Adapter. The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple. Please note: the Cannular comes ready for sealing 12 oz and 16 oz cans as standard. The Crowler Chuck Adapter must be installed before seaming 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs. The Cannular Pro's table spacer is specially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including the industry favorite 16 oz (473ml) and 12 oz (355 ml) cans, as well as our 500ml (16.9 oz) and 330ml (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. Unlike the manual model that requires a secondary table spacer for use with 330ml cans, the Pro model features an adjustable platform, allowing you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you're seaming. It is necessary to adjust the table height to ensure you have the appropriate amount of pressure applied when the can lift is raised. Operation: The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows: Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can That's all there is to it! Construction: The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible. Kit Includes: Cannular Pro Can Seamer 110V Power Supply Splash Guard Crowler Chuck Adapter Cannular Pro Specifications: Power: 250W 24V DC Rated Speed: 3300 RPM Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1 Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H Weight: 40 lbs   Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a .4mm (.015") actual overlap is all that is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.   Cannular Compact Semi-Auto Canning Machine | User Guide

  • Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler Tapcooler - Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

    26 reviews

The Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is the #1 way to fill bottles of your homebrew, directly from your kegging system. No more messing with alternate liquid lines or hard to assemble contraptions. Just fit the Tapcooler into any forward sealing faucet (i.e. Perlick, Intertap/Ultratap/Vent-Matic, etc..), hook up a CO2 line, and you're good to go. Fill bottles for a competition, or just fill a couple take home bottles for your friends. The Tapcooler is quick and easy to use, and will help maintain the flavor, aroma, and carbonation level of your beer so it tastes the same out of the bottle as it would out of the tap. For starters, a counter pressure bottle filler is better than most bottling solutions, as the bottle is under pressure while the carbonated beer flows in. Because the interior of the bottle is pressurized there is minimal loss of the CO2 in solution. The Tapcooler solution improves upon the standard counter pressure filler, as it plugs directly into your draft system faucet (tap). Most solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional prep (i.e. more time). With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute! The Tapcooler design is also advantageous because after you are done filling the bottle, it stays in place hooked up to your faucet vs. other fillers require you to set aside and pick back up again for the next bottle. Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16 in. push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting. Optionally, you can purchase the gas ball lock adapter, which gives you the ability to attach a gas (gray) disconnect directly to the filler unit. This optional accessory is a must have in our book! With the Tapcooler design, your beer and CO2 are filled from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process The telescoping bottle connection tube allows you to fill bottles as small as 4.5 in. tall up to 12.5 in. You can fill taller bottles with the Tapcooler, but the tube will not reach the bottom of the bottle, which can lead to some splashing. When filling large mouth containers, a bottle stopper of suitable size and with a 9 mm hole may be used. The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve, which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before & after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer/foam to escape when filling. One of our most favorite features of the Tapcooler, is that is super easy to clean. Cleaning other bottle fillers can be a chore and take lots of time. The Tapcooler comes apart easily and allows you to clean all parts effectively and easily after each use. All metal parts that come into contact with your beer, are made of stainless steel (SS304). The barb and ball lock CO2 adapters are made of aluminum. Lastly, the Tapcooler comes chock full of optional accessories, which will adapt your filler perfectly to your setup. See the related parts section below for list of them! Forward-Sealing Faucet Compatibility Tapcooler fits Intertap, Nukatap, Ultratap, Vent-Matic, and Perlick 600 series faucets. These fillers can be converted to fit Perlick 500 series with the optional tap connector. Cannot be used with ventilated beer taps, i.e. non-forward sealing beer taps.   Hooks up directly to any forward sealing faucet for quick and easy use. Quick setup and easy maintenance. Perfect for bottling for competitions, sending bottles home with friends, or just to have some bottles on the go! A range of accessories are offered for more range and easier use! Purge bottles with CO2 before and after filling for longer lasting beer! Pressure relief valve allows for control over filling speed and allows excess foam to escape for the perfect pour every time! Stainless Steel design Easy to use and clean!

  • Carbonator Reactor - Carbonation Keg Lid for Continuous Soda Water Carbonator Reactor - Carbonation Keg Lid for Continuous Soda Water

    Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Lid

    14 reviews

Nothing is more refreshing that having your own soda water on tap at home. SodaStream units are great but filling up those tiny 1L bottles is a pain and those small CO2 cylinders run out fast and are expensive to swap. Solve this problem once and for all with the Continuous Soda Carbonator Keg Reactor Solution. KegLand has invented this really easy-to-use keg lid that attaches to a standard ball lock keg.   Setup: Position the keg inside your fridge or kegerator (ideally below 40°F). Attach your beverage draft line to the soda water out post. Attach your gas line to the gas-in post. Set your CO2 regulator to 30-50 psi, depending on how highly carbonated you like your soda water. We highly recommend using a check valve on your CO2 line. On first use, purge the air from the headspace of the keg. Connect the mains water to the water inlet post on the lid of the keg. We recommend also using a check valve on your mains water line to prevent soda water from going back into your house mains. Depending on your mains water pressure, you may need to reduce it using the Duotight In-Line Regulator. For the Carbonator Keg Lid to work well, the mains water pressure should be 10-15 psi higher than your regulator set pressure (from Step 4). That's it. This simple unit will give you continuous soda water connected to your mains water. Please note: if you are using a CO2 regulator that uses a corny-style PRV, such as the KOMOS® regulator, you will need to swap out the standard Green PRV with the 0-100 psi Gray PRV so you can raise the pressure above 60 psi. Always check the pressure rating of your keg(s) before swapping the PRV.     KegLand Part Number: KL10955

The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminum cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon). The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need to purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible.   Power: As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans.   Why Cans? So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day!   Specifications: Power: 250W 24V DC Rated Speed: 3300 RPM Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1 Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H Weight: 40 lbs Splash guard not included Max Can Height: 7.75" (197mm) Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please see CAN106 to add the splash guard to your order. Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans when using only Can Fresh brand cans. We recommend testing at least 4 cans to verify the calibration. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a minimum 0.4mm (.015") actual overlap is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and you can expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment.
