BeerStix Carboy Sticks are one of the simplest and easiest forms of oak to use in beermaking. Simply add one stick per 5 - 6.5 gallons, and enjoy the results a couple months later. 2-Row Malt - Briess Malting
1.8° L - Briess Brewers 2-Row is a fantastic base malt that can be used for all beer styles. Briess 2-row contributes a clean, sweet, and slightly malty character along with a light straw color. Briess Brewers Malt is malted in Wisconsin in small batches and is an excellent fit for all ales. Use this the same as you would any 2 row base malt and expect amazing results in your glass. Briess is an American malting company that is vertically integrated with seed facilities, barley collection facilities, and direct relationships with farmers in the state of Wyoming. In this region malt is flood irrigated so that it does not have to rely on rainfall. This has the benefits of quality and consistency for you the brewer. Malt that is flood irrigated is lighter in color since the barley heads see very little rain. The flood irrigation is also consistent and reliable so Briess sees less variability in their malt from year to year. MoreBeer! visited the Briess malting facilities in Wisconsin and this is a true American company that is still privately held by the Briess family. The late Roger Briess was a huge supporter of homebrewing and attended and sponsored homebrewing events. Yes we like the malt and also the company!

American Oxygen Absorbing Bottle Caps
These Oxygen Absorbing beer bottle caps have a special liner that absorbs oxygen in the bottle's head space. This helps reduce the oxidation that happens during the bottling process, keeps your home brewed beer tasting fresher, and can extend it's shelf life. Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.

CellarScience® Foam Axe | Anti-Foaming Agent
Due to high demand, the 32 oz, and 1 gallon are currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. Foam Axe by CellarScience is a uniquely formulated anti-foaming agent that increases fermenter capacity and reduces the risk of kettle boil overs. By reducing surface tension, bubbles are Axed before they can form. Foam Axe actually increases head formation in the finished beer by retaining foam forming proteins that would have normally blown off during fermentation. Use: In the fermenter, add 1-2 drops per gallon at the start of fermentation. In the kettle, add 1 drop per gallon before the boil starts to help prevent boil overs. Additional Notes: Foam Axe is made from food-grade silicone and works by breaking up foam particles and dispersing surface tension. Foam Axe settles out of beer prior to bottling or kegging. Store cool and in an environment below 90°F. Do not freeze. The recommended shelf life is 6 months from the date the package is opened.

TCHO Cacao Nibs
Cacao Nibs are a great way to introduce rich chocolate flavor into any beer. Impress your friends with a unique tasting experience! Cacao nibs (also referred to as cocoa nibs) are the key ingredient in chocolate. They are crushed and roasted seeds from the cacao plant. Tcho Nibs have a wonderful cocoa smell to them, and will provide a very subdued cocoa-like flavor to any beer. You can use these cacao nibs like you would a dry hop, by adding the cacao nibs to your secondary fermenter or keg for a couple of weeks (4 ounces per 5 gallons is a great place to start), allowing the beer to draw out the subtle flavors and aromas of the cacao nibs. They can also be used in the boil or mash - wherever you would like to experiment with them. Adding the nibs pre-boil will impart some bitterness, so use a lot less than you would when adding them to a keg. Stone Brewing Company made a stout using cacao nibs in the boil to actually replace some of the hops in the recipe. These super high quality TCHO cacao nibs go great with darker beers like porters and stouts, but could blend with any beer - perhaps a wit or a saison! TCHO is an American chocolate company in San Francisco, dedicated to producing high end chocolates.

Yellow Caps
These Oxygen Absorbing beer bottle caps have a special liner that absorbs oxygen in the bottle's head space. This helps reduce the oxidation that happens during the bottling process, keeps your home brewed beer tasting fresher, and can extend it's shelf life. Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.

Duotight Ball Lock QD Beverage Out | Quick Disconnect Bev Out Push-In Fitting
The humble plastic ball lock disconnect has been around a long time and is used by countless homebrewers around the world. Despite the extensive use they have seen little to no innovation for decades and KegLand wanted to change this. Enter the Duotight Ball Lock QD. The integrated Duotight design means you can connect your beer and gas line directly, easily and reliably with no need for additional fittings or clamps. It is a robust and super compact design that is incredibly easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitizing an absolute breeze! Made from highly chemical resistant materials with stainless springs and ball bearings (no cheap ABS plastics here) this baby is extremely resistant to commonly used chemicals such as phosphoric based sanitizers and caustics. The incredibly small form factor allows for easy stacking of kegs. The new cap design ensures a pressure seal with just hand tightening and it can be completely taken apart for cleaning with no tools required. Duotight Ball Lock QDs are offered in three sizes that correspond to the outer diameters seen on our line of EVABarrier Draft Tubing. 6.35 mm OD – features a very tight 3 mm ID that requires only 3.2 ft of length for adequate flow resistance. This is the ideal size for mobile draft or if you want to keep your kegerator as tidy as possible. 8 mm OD – the most common OD size of EVABarrier tubing. This size comes in two IDs (4 mm & 5 mm) and pairs up with the lion's share of Duotight fittings and accessories. 4 mm ID is our most recommended size for beverage lines, requiring 5-6 ft. lengths. 5 mm ID is commonly used as gas line or when 10-12 ft. beverage lines are required. 9.5 mm OD – suitable for gas lines or long draw beverage lines. At 6.3 mm ID, this size is ideal for beverage lines that will be 20 ft. or longer in length.
